Great to see your always having time to spend with new drivers , we do the same at our firm , troubles we seem to be taking on and training through thier C+e to going solo driving a whole bunch of hot heads and know it alls , they will not listern , just this week
Past they have dropped two trailer and crushed 3 units , brand new h it’s only 2 mo the old , we let them in all the new kit , instead of working up thru the older kit, I was out with one explaining how to blind side into a parking spot , but he would not listern , till in the end I told him to get out of the cab so I could do it , so he had to watch grrrr
Ive delivered there once, I had a two stop load with a coil delivering there, and coiled rod near Dickson. Was an interesting load to tarp. 😆 I ended up asking for extra tarp pay, because I had to fold and re tarp the back part of the load after unbungeeing the front tarp and peeling it back to unload the coil.
When I was a Local LTL driver, I didn’t like the Auto Shift, for it didn’t have the extra Ump to make a left or a right out of of a very busy intersection ,so, I would vote a big NO on the Auto shift, for City driving, this was pre-2012. Happy trails y’all !

I talked to the rudest person ever at maverick a few weeks ago. I told her I was in the Philippines and plan on coming back to America (searcy arkansas)and was looking for a job she told me they don’t hire people from the Philippines and hung up the phone on me.

Any ideas about employment? I'm 63, had class A CDL's for 32 years for doing powerline work. I operated our bucket trucks and Digger\derricks. Our pole trailers loaded 35-65'poles. Drove rural and city. Is there a company that would hire me that you would know of? Thanks
