- I had a bit of a struggle putting this together in a sturdy manner, but it ended well 😉
Hopefully this will keep me warm in my car camper over the winter, as I prepare to move into it full time just before Christmas.
I got this too. I was perplexed thst is did not include washers, because the nuts kept coming undone/loose.
@@klvjackson yes it's a shame
Hi!!! Does it radiate much heat? How do you like it? I ordered two of these but they haven't arrived yet. I was thinking in case of power outage, these would be better than nothing at all!!! I saw the clay flower pot version of this and someone made a video and the clay pot version put out ALOT of heat!!! I can't wait to get these!! Thank you for showing how to put these together!!!
The amount of heat it kicks out is really due to which candles i use. If I want something just warm enough to wrap my hands around, then a couple of two hour tea lights would suffice. For the most heat (much too hot to touch), I use 5 eight hour tea lights. I chose the metal over the pot one because I live in my car (microcamper), and I didn't want it to break.
I made a few adjustments: - push the flat circle part (with the holes) up inside the dome as high as it will go, it's for stabilisation and use washers, they are very necessary.
Enjoy yours, they are very useful 👍
Where did you get the metal dome?
The whole thing was ordered from 'Temu', it comes in a kit.
