Super Akouma also called Hei shit in S4.9 I think df1 or df11 on hit into CH homing b4 is a sick frame trap. His buffs to jab and df1 seem like proper tournament buffs, I don't get the Hei downplay, he also has tech traps run away great cancellable punch parry and b1+4 parry, *COMBO DAMAGE* I don't get it x
