I’m a low rank guy and only recently got into Hei as a sub, but my understanding is essentially that: 1) Heihachi has unique execution demands if you want to milk damage, because you have to cancel your crouch from blocking launch punishable lows into instant electric, and 2) he has no real threatening lows at the top level because people can react to and block his db2 (“HASHEEEE”) and his cd4(44) is launch punishable, so it’s difficult to open up opponents and make them vulnerable to his scary as fuck mids. Just amazing what JDCR does with this character
