Thank mate 24 Minecart work as a killing chamber where witch die due to entity cramming If we put campfire so it doesn't work because witch can drink fire resistant portion

Sorry about the negativity, but this can't by far be "best" if it uses water flushing, because that blocks the spawning floors for a comparatively long time.

In new upcoming update 1.20.1 witches have changes now they drop more redstone dust so this farm is best for redstone dust

What I'm saying is: This design in particular is not the best witch farm design, as the video title claims.

work on bedrock ?

I don’t think it will, in bedrock witches only can spawn on one structure block in a witch hut where a trident killer can be placed to apply looting 3 to the mob drops. Even if this farm would work on bedrock, it’s heavily unoptimized for bedrock efficiency.
If you’re on windows or IOS there’s a free technical resource pack that highlights spawn radius, chunks, structure spawns and more. I believe an armor stand holding a sugar would highlight the witch spawn spot.
