That Cummins is worth it and randy you looked past it the whole time..that switch that said main and aux is the fuel tank..it's a dual fuel tank like the obs Ford's
C8R sits 4.6 inches wider than the production C8 Stingray thanks to huge racing slicks housed under aggressively flared fenders. Keeping the center of gravity as low as possible the C8R race car sits 3.4 inches lower than the standard C8 Corvette.
That fuel gauge was working on the Dodge Ram so I'm guessing that one of those switches you pressed switches the tanks???
Please buy the cummins if you can buy it for under 3k and sell it for about 6500-7000

@@bradzimmerman3171 Way of brad the basher. This Dodge is a 1996-97. Well before Stellantis took over Dodge/Chrysler. That Cummins will run 500K miles easy if you take care of it. @frostyh5105 was right, if he fixes it up, gets the seat working, make sure he knows what the switches are for, and give it a good cleaning, he can probably double his money.

Bet if that century wasn’t crushed in the back it would definitely run. I remember my driving test 3 point turn parallel parking. BMW looks like rode hard and put away wet. Poor scat pack 😢 but it would be good for burnouts.
I had a 94 Buick century, I sold it with 345 thousand miles on the same engine and transmission. Its still riding around down in Mississippi somewhere.

Yup, I can remember my initial driver's license test, three point turn, parallel parking, etc back in the 70's.
The spark would be an excellent vehicle for Nick. Fuel economy is very good and they’re very reliable. It has CarPlay and Wi-Fi Hotspot for the long trip. Highly recommend the spark.
C8R is the racing version of the C8 Corvette. Just Googled it.
8000 miles per year on the RAM. Not bad. I don't always look at the total miles but the miles per year.

Hey Randy. The C8 R is supposed to be the street-legal version of the C8.R GTLM class. It sits wider and lower than standard production ones and can accommodate wider tires. You should try to get this one instead of the other one unless it's out of your price range.
The Dodge RAM with the diesel, it's nice too. Pure sale, would be a great hauler for Monkey Wrench Mike. All he needs is a trailer to go with that.
As for a car for Nick, you already have that Subaru. That's the perfect car for him. Teach him how to parallel park a wagon, he'll be able to park anything. But that Spark would be a nice one too.
My first car in 2004 was a 1985 Honda Accord, 2-door. That then-19 year old car was a turd with nothing but spit and bailing wire holding it together.
Not sure a diesel heavy duty work truck is very good for a teenager to use for transportation? Fuel cost would be night and day difference vs 4 cylinder. Not unless he gets your credit card to pay for his fuel😅

Assuming there is nothing extremely wrong with it, At about 2:30 there is that Silver 3rd gen Toyota Avalon. Looks like an XLS or Touring. I have a limited model and they are super comfortable and very reliable cars. Might not be a bad one to look at.
and theyre wayyy faster than anyone would ever expect them to be. i had 2 of them, an 06 and 07.

Problem is with the Focus, is their transmission. My was fine, then clunk at about 45k miles.
@@ericwhite8062 that’s werid cause I have one and it’s been going strong for the past 450,000 miles. Only recall work done was the tcm. The clutches of course was replaced every 100k.
They used to make us parallel park on the driving test, but not anymore.
I believe you reverse 10 feet now.

I've got 2 1996 Cummins Rams, a 2500 & a 3500 dually just like that beast! I would be on that like ugly on a bulldog! Fuel gauges are an issue on some of these. That plug is a block heater! NICE!!!

The Sparks disposable CVT transmission that doesn't last very long concerns me. Dangerously bad. Finding a mom approved fun car is difficult.
That Charger is the equivalent of a drift missile in Japan. Pacific Coast Auto occasionally gets some in (like R32/33/34 Skylines) with janky fixes to make it close enough to be road worthy, then passes it on pretty cheap for other drifters to not care if they put it into the wall... Or sell it for way too much to non-car people who have no idea how cobbled together it is and can barely drive down the road lol

Hey Randy I had a 07 328i ran the same exact way was that ended up being a combination of different things one being and bad ECU and the other was plugs,coils,stoped up catalytic converters, and injectors then it ran great till the valve cover messed up and then back to running like 💩 so I fixed it again and let it go lol
It's a 3500 dually a major score especially with a Cummins you can either keep it for yourself or sell it making a pretty good profit 215k miles for that year is nothing on a diesel I'm a Ford guy but have a soft spot for the Ram Cummins most likely cost you at least $125 to fill it
Randy I've got 2 buick centuries sitting hare in north texas ones a 2001 the others an 03. Both need head gaskets. Asking 1k for both cars with titles. Both under 150k miles
That Dodge dually has the coveted 12-valve Cummins.
Not knowing the full history is a concern that I have with used cars. I don't report everything but I don't sell my cars. They are scrapped.
I had an involuntary head shake at Chevy Spark is a good car. The Worst car I have ever owned. I don't normally recommend buying the cheapest version of a car but last time I looked the base trim is available with a manual transmission. That could be a good car and you still get a screen and backup camera because they are required.

What BMW is an 06 not a 96. The 330i was made for only 1 year before the 335i took its place.
I don't think that Buick Century was an 1996. I had a 1989 with that same body style.
On an old dodge there’s no need to do the wait to start. On an 91-06. I never did on any of the ones I had always removed the grind heater No glow plugs and I had a 92 a 95 a 98 a 05 and a 15 hated the 15

It's the seller/insurance company orders the decal removal through CoPart. The vehicle will have new images on the auction site without the decals after they remove them.

That was probably used by a hotshot operator . Those old throttle sticks were used to bump the throttle up to sleep running the air condition and heater in the winter. Used those many times many years ago in trucking
