Finally filmora is doing the heavy lifting with my GPU and not intergrated graphics. Performance has drastically improved. Thanks a lot for making this tutorial!
hi Brother, I have i5 processor with 16 GB RAM and 2GB Nvidia MX450 GPU. I did all the modifications as you suggested including filmora settings but still filmora is using Intel integrated GPU only. Nvidia GPU usage is 0%. Any other ideas?
@FlixityOfficial No effects. Just 4K 60fps HDR drone videos with background music. The rendering is slow and gets stuck most of the time. Whether it's rendering or exporting a video of even 1 min, it won't use the Nvidia at all. Full load on the CPU and it screams to process the video..
@@FlixityOfficialno before bro The video captured on the screen has no problem, but the video that I transferred from my phone when I put it in Filmora becomes black and white. Do you have a solution?
Try this, when you have imported the video, right click on it, and select create proxy. A small blue white circle will appear on the left of the video, let it all fill blue. Next, drag and drop the video in your frame. And in the monitor gear icon in the right side, under the preview pane, left to the camera icon, select playback quality and select Full. Thank me later.
My GPU are Nvidia GeForce GT 240M, and after I updated driver from 341.74 to 342.01 (final version) Wondershare just giving me black screen while playing and crushes when I start exporting video. And, of course, it doesn't checking my GPU at all 😭😭
No.. after the changes it took 5.12 minute.. My file was 4k..60fps with full of effects and layers.. (Your changes help me save .20 seconds...) But i decided to stick to performance mode only. Btw it's a great learning curve.. thanks for the information.. keep uploading..
My GPU is Nvidia Geforce 940MX laptop and I just shocked because Filmora (9) can run cuda on this GPU... It's good for rendering and 1/4 monitoring option... It's make me completely leaving my Vegas Pro for nowdays...
Thank you - this saved a huge headache trying to figure out why I couldn’t get videos to preview 🙌
Thank you so much 🧡🧡. Glad you found it helpful 🙂

You're welcome. Glad it helped 🧡
Love you bro, needed these settings for filmora for my editing.
Thanks 😀
After applying all settings as shown in video, in flimora 8 video rending not using nvidia gpu, checked in task manager 😢
It depends upon effects you are using. Have you enabled GPU acceleration in Filmora?
@@FlixityOfficial nothing effects are used simply cropped the video, yes i have enabled GPU acceleration in Filmora
Pretty strange. What's your system specifications?

I see. I recommend to go with premiere pro for such editing as premiere pro uses gpu acceleration on mp4 h264 codec.
I have a problem when I put a clip to edit, it appears in black and white. I don't know why. Is there a solution?
It happened after applying the settings?

Yeah having Nvidia gpu enables GPU acceleration in Filmora and it's much faster as compared to other editing softwares.
