The 120K bit-rate for 4K videos solved my problem of choppy videos. Didn't know it was supposed to be that high as I normally uploaded with 50K bitrate.

Question - My error in that I decided to produce a video in Filmora 14 at the resolution of only 864 x 480 at 30fps and should have been up higher resolution at 29.97 fps. I have called Filmora support and they said that I can change the resolution when I export. Is this true before I upload to TH-cam? Thanks

Not cz it's not monetized. Export it as 4k even though your footage is 1080p... and use H.265 (HEVC) and upload and see
