Even though this is a relatively small situation sony is clearly a horrible company and if you give an inch they will take a mile. I believe the communities "not one step back" approach to this situation is justified. Keep playing if you want, and that's fine, the game will likely go on but this response needs to happen in a community like this.

Ive been there since day one and i stuck around trough the server capacity issues , the lag, the disconnects, the broken armor balance and enemies , the cross platform problems where you couldnt add and play with your friends from different platforms , but making an account that requires me to give them a photo of my id card and my location/postal code to a company that gets hacked once a year, might as well post my info on the dark web, not to mention that at this point they basically scammed a lot of people that live in countries not supported by psn by letting them buy a product that they wont be able to use anymore. If the game dies is sony`s fault
