Love the posture checks! A fun little trick you can use to help with posture is a towel roll; you take a large shower towel, fold in half, then roll it into a sausage from one side-edge to another. You can line this up with your spine in your seat, although I always recommend it laying down so gravity can pull your shoulders back around it.
