A very nice looking job. Im going to say this as a metal spill victim. I have to get a laugh every time I see a seasoned veteran in his sa$ety shorts and tennis shoes. I'm fully aware that you will never get badly burned and that you will NEVER instantly! get third degree full thru burnes that will make the meat on your feet look like properly cooked chicken (a nice pretty white with charing in the thin spots). Ignore the scars on your belly and a$$ where the surgeon removes your skin to sew it to your feet. Oh! And the next month with your feet in the air to help the grafts take. The parts do look beautiful. Keep up the good work. A new subscriber
Do you still do any alluminum casting? I'm trying to find someone willing to cast me a 16"-18" mini metal lathe bed and possibly headstock for a fair price if you have any suggestions.
I have been sand casting for years. You did an excellent job of explaining every step of the way.
Thanks much! I will let Dave and Jim know!
I love your foundry control center! 🤩🤩🤩
Much appreciated!

What is the degasser,chemically?
At what timestamp are you referring to? I'll ask Dave for you.
From Dave: The degasser is Asbury Fluxmaster Degasser and the flux is Avkem International Al-Clean.I bought from Budget casting supply.

Unfortunately, we are not a job shop and I'm not aware of any in my area. Thanks for checking out the vid though!
Looks to me like you are losing a lot of sand because you have nothing catching it below the flask
Just sayin.... @0:03 of your intro it absolutely looks like you are 3D printing a tampon.
