This is literally the most beautiful brass arrangement I’ve ever heard in my life
It is a nice arrangement but there are many better arrangements and I think these musicians were short changed by not being asked to play a better one.
@@eddarby469, I agree. I’m learning each of the parts by ear for a music theory class project, and the composer made some really strange note choices that don’t quite make sense.
true
Hearing our National Anthem played with such talent & passion makes tears run down my face! God Bless America!!
That one dislike. How could you, this is spectacular
Thanks!
Luke Saucin Yeah. Those guys gave up personal lives to do this.
That is great united states army field ban
I agree. To all members of the US Army Field Band: thank you for your service and thank you for giving us wonderful music to listen to!
I love the Baritone slide trumpet in this. You don't see those often these days. And Wow! An Octo-Contra trumpet?! That's a beauty. What's that curly thing with cool buttons in the middle-left?
You mean trombone, tuba, and horn
Forte Piano French horn
A double compensating french horn
Guys, he's joking.
I play an octo contra trumpet thankd
One of the best renditions I've ever heard.
i love the playing of the trombone, trumpet, tuba and french horn
Thanks for watching!
YEAAAA TUBASSSS- wait I mean- great job guys.
I would like to thank the U.S military for protecting our rights and the freedoms we have. We as one country salute these people. God bless America 🇺🇸
God Bless America and Us all. Beautiful Melody
0:52 is my favorite part. I love when they add complexity to it. I would really love to see this band recreate the Fred Waring and his Pennsylvanians version of the Star Spangled Banner. That one always gets me
The United States Army Field Band has the most beautiful sounding players
This quintet is amazing, and played a great arrangement! That tuba player balances so well and his intonation and consistency is just incredible. Well played! 👏
Love from the Republic of Turkey 🇹🇷🇺🇲
Hello. It's fantastic anthem thanks god bless you and bless American people
This is a beautiful version of the national anthem. Thank you.
Outstanding. Tears. SEMPER FI! THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! May God Bless America, and you all!
Great job! Our Anthem sounds beautiful, with all brass.
I am Nigerian but i love playing this on my trumpet
Ts made me cry bro salute! 🔥
The thing i love about the french horn (im a hornist) is the fact you hear its lovely melody among the other brasses, a lot of other people dont hear us, but french hornists have a very special ear. I love the horn, its so mellow and sweet. God bless America.
I can hear the trombone and horn I play bone but I have a special place in my heart for the horn and bone
The bass players were in the demonstration vid
I mean the tuba and trombone players
I like to play it at 1.5x speed and imagine there is a baroque orchestra with them with a jolly and uppity sounding tenor taking the melody, joined by a gallant men's choir for the last 8 bars of each verse. Such a dazzling concept I would love to hear done in real life.
America is lit and I'm lost again
Long live America
Simply perfect
Beautiful music and best performance.
Lovely.
America!!! Nice and Proud people. Keep up the good work Army guys. Greetings from a Sri Lankan Lad that got rejected yesterday from the school band audition.

French Horn is a severely underrated instrument.

A trombone (yay!), French horn, tuba, 2 trumpets.
Prima Simmung. Danke ein Posaunist
Incredible job. Hooha!!!
I am a woodwinds player but I love brass instruments and that sounds AMAZING
And i'm a brass player that loves woodwinds!
Arturo Sandoval made a killing with this in the bowl
Salute you sir
Murica!🇺🇸
Wonderful arrangement! Truly masterful.
GOD BLESS AMERICA AND HIS PEOPLE.
Joiined Meh it's not even feminist m8, if anything its conservative because countries are usually referred to as female
Awesome.

God bless America, troops!
The army bands have sergeant majors and other senior non commissioned officers playing instruments
god bless our troops
I Love This!!!
Such perfection!
I don't know the lyrics to TSSB but it has a very nice tune.
It beautiful
Happy Veteran's Day
Nothing is more American than a French Horn
haha!
Cough trumpet also the horn was created in france
This Makes Me Proud To Be Mexican-American
Nice arrangement, and very well done!
Very nice!
The tuba sounded great
Ottimo!
Love that diversity
Wow the sergeant major on trumpet had service stripes for days
Why didn’t play it like this in the World Series?
Not Chantz or the super bowl? Some vocal versions suck while Luke Bryan totally nailed it
YAll went to south hall middle school the tuba, french horn girl trumpets an guy
Good
I want to know what horn the French Horn player had. Amazing.
does anyone know what arrangement of the star spangled banner for brass quintet they use? or where i could find it?
Why is there no euphonium?😞😥
AHut8040 Gaming ikr
AHut8040 Gaming There is not typically a euphonium in a brass quintet. Just the instruments in this video.
Thomas Eaton well I know.. it just kinda sucks that way I mean.. yeah..
sometimes there's a euphonium instead of the trombone
Why would there be one?
🎶🕊️💐💐💐💐💐‼️
The song is in Ab
God bless usa! 🇺🇸
Want a instrument battle?
I like this. Kind of understated compared to popular versions. but elegant.
G# a# b c# d#. I suggest that c# at the end
#tromboneforlife
Played this exact arrangement at school in a brass quartet, didint sound near as good but what do you expect
what was the arrangement????
Nice bass part from tuba
Thanks!
Score for this. I need the tuba part
Absolutely wonderful playing and arrangement. I hear some nice nuances in the second strain with the horn and tuba? Which arrangement is this? I've performed the standard DoD version for 22 years in the Marine Corps band (1989-2011). Thanks for your service and all that you do. Retired MGySgt USMC & Bandmaster.
0:53. Beautyful
The trombone and tuba going Down was amazing
Now bring a saxophone with no Mouthpiece and buzz into the cork of the neck, that surely would be hilarious to watch.
I know from army field band Scott devereaux Arron kardamas
who the heck would disagree like this
what kind of tuba is that?
F Tuba
Is that a tuba?
Yes in the middle that's a tuba
+The United States Army Field Band aka God's gift to the band and orchestra.
Did you mean to type trumpet?
+United States of America no, tubas and percussion are the most important and the least important is the bassoon because you cans hear it.
best song ever
yo could i get the arrangement to this, i would happily purchase it
The man between the baldand the 4 eyed man.. Who is he?
That would be Sgt. Major Bob Cherry!
Where can I get sheet music?
Look up Jari Villanueva as it’s his arrangement.
Thank you!!! Sheet music please!
And is Thomas Bratton still with you?
Great job, but it needs a cymbal and drum.
Talent = A+ .. Arrangement = C . You've got so much skill.. and such a plain arrangement. You've got the ability to present a living breathing fully nuanced arrangement where the ear is constantly catching different and delightful parts. Yes.. there is a time for the plain.. But many High School Bands have finer, more inspiring arrangements than this.. without near your skill level. Get to work finding arrangements that showcase each instrument during the non melody/accompaniment. And let the sound breath and swell.. like a bagpipe... with feeling.
Trumpet is the bessttt
what key is this in?
a flat
don't they play it a different way? cuz the tuba plays a lot of e flats and in the other version the tuba plays a lot of concert f
Why do people always change the key
It’s good regardless, I just prefer the usual key
