Can the Poly Sync 20 and Calisto 7200 cancel MASSIVE background noise?

    Thanks for making the comparison Mark! I find it interesting that when USB cable is plugged, Poly Calisto suppresses background noise better than when bluetooth connection is used.

    I found it interesting that the Poly Callisto device did a much better job of cancelling the room echo and seemed to add fewer compression/expansion artifacts to the sound. It seems to me that in a lot of situations, background noise can be controlled, but you have less control over the room acoustics, so I'd give an edge to the Poly Callisto 7200.

      Yes I agree. The echo is pretty hard to deal with.

      Callisto 7200 is perfect except the small voice, its echo cancelling is the best during all those different types of speaker phones.

      Its also better than the more expensive Poly Sync 40 !

    My poly sync 20 has a echo issue whenever i call someone and people keep complaining.. Can u advise how to fix it..

    I think the Poly Sync 20 won. Now, was there a difference when the connection changed? I thought it was clearer when the Poly Sync 20 was cable connected.

      It's hard to say if there's a difference. Shouldn't be one, as both are digital connections.
