Great clip Ryan. I was in Copenhagen in 1975 - Yes I know !!. A camping tour around Scandinavia, but alas I only remember Tivoli Gardens & the mermaid lady. The food looked so good- Cheers
when Denmark had a problem with not enough bakers, we got bakers from Austria, and they had their own way of doing things, so we took the best parts of our way, and mixed it with the best parts of their way, and when the Austrian bakers went back home, they took the new way with them, Denmark then started calling it Wienerbrød (Vienna bread), Vienna being the capital of Austria, to honour them for the help of making it, and back in Austria, they started calling it Kopenhagener Plunder (Copenhagen bread), Copenhagen being the capital of Denmark, to honour Danish bakers for the help of making it...
That couple, meh. The bird on the statue's head though 😂. That Ghormeh Sabzi and the Shawarma looked delicious. Surely Bhutan as the happiest country in the world has the happiest city in the world............
@@josephphillips9243 hahahaha that poor statue copped so much crap. You know as we were waiting for the bus, that couple progressed to that guy getting a hand job. People were walking past but no one bothered. I take these "happiest city" label with a pinch of salt. In my line of work, I sometimes deal with refugees. And I was surprised there are refugees from Bhutan, the happiest country on earth. That is a story for another day though.
Haha... No I would not dare. 🤣 Jokes aside, I do wish I had the opportunity to have some Danish food though. We arrived into CPH so late most restaurants would've been closing by the time we made it down town. That's why we ended up in Reffen.
Ryan, you have that unique ability to have your subscribers feel like they’re actually there in how and what they’d do. Well done again👏
Thanks for your kind words! As always! Cheers...

And I'm truly happy for the existence of Wienerbrød, it's one of my fave pastries ever! Thanks for the insight!
