  • SO MANY PEOPLE need to know about "The Relationship Between Low GABA and Alcohol Addiction."
It’s a vicious relationship where each disorder can cause and affect the other. For example, someone with a GABA bankruptcy in their brain might have intense cravings for red wine every evening after work and then become alcohol-addicted after a few months of habitual drinking…
… or someone with alcohol dependence develops a GABA bankruptcy from repeated consumption of alcohol (in contrast, their natural GABA levels were optimal before addiction).
After learning about this notorious accord between two devastating disorders and how to boost GABA naturally, you’ll be well on your way to restoring your mind/body health and elevating your GABA to optimal levels.

I have been taking GABA for several years, I know it supposedly doesn't cross the blood brain barrier, but I definitely feel the effects of taking it. Each morning about 20 minutes before eating I take GABA along with lukewarm water and a green vegetable powder.
My mood is much better and I don't get stressed or angry as often when taking it.
Also, my consumption of alcohol has drastically changed and I lack the desire to drink.
I also drink a lot of green tea throughout the day so that also helps with raising the GABA levels.

not once, but twice in the last 8 years, I had a pretty quick, furious relapse. Thanks to seeing this channel years ago, I utilized GABA, L-theanine and CBD Oil. It literallly saved me from getting back down in the hole of hell, that is a participating Alcoholic.

I’m not 100% certain of the brand as I tried a few . But always The strongest one available that had next to zero THC. You local Dispensary can help. If not online options galore. It’s worth getting

@@captainofmysoul6162 as far as dose.... I would take 3 -4 full tinctures for a few days to settle the 'shakes' a couple GABA and a couple L-theanine. It seriously, did a better job than the Diazapame the Dr gave me. I flushed the big pharma crap down the toilet on day 3.

That's a good point. I've been fighting alcoholism in a long time and I use some natural medicines mentioned in the video, like valerian, chamomile, green tea and Yoga. They help me a lot in balancing my GABA levels and keeping me away from alcohol.

I started drinking at 15 years old. I’m currently 26. The problem began very fast, drank almost every day since 15 apart from 2 sober periods. As a result I’ve got chronic panic attacks, extremely low tolerance to stress, anxiousness/nervousness, horribly body sensations from being in fight and flight a lot. Ended up being prescribed Lorazepam for my panic attacks, that sent me down the rabbit hole of learning about GABA. For the last 30 days I’ve not had any Lorazepam and instead I’am supplementing with 200-300mg of PharmaGaba by Thorne supplements. Completely natural for of GABA. Significantly improved my life and allows me to function without Lorazerpam. Along side this i hit the gym pretty much everyday and run as much as I can. Not because I want to, but because I HAVE TO to keep the demons at bay. I’m currently about 6 weeks sober. Did do 8 months last year. Relapsed last year because of my panic attacks. This time around I seem to have found control because of the GABA. Now it’s just about not getting complacement and keep coming back to videos like this to keep me in check.

I'm 57 and I started drinking alcoholicaly at 13. I have tried everything and eventually it failed. I have been sober for 2 years now and I don't crave a drink. I use a twelve step recovery group that reminds me of why I stay sober. I don't have the anxiety or terrible body sensations or constant sense of terror anymore. My life is more different and better than anything I could have imagined. I wish I had done it sooner.

Initially I was excited about the positives of Kava mentioned in this video however when it was pointed out that liver toxicity was connected through some research studies despite the controversy surrounding it, it was enough to deter me. I will stick to outdoor exercise and camomile tea

Kava was banned for awhile if not now and it made me feel drugged which makes me panic. Ashwaganda reduces cortisol but also has some side effects and bad for kidneys valerian too strong and makes me have nightmares where I can’t wake up but am conscious. I find vetivert and ylang ylang incense is calming. Earl grey tea and even the scent cures depression with no side effects
