Chris Scott is absolutely right about his bio-repairing. So is Katie with the TSM method. Want a life without the monster a.k.a alcohol! Follow them both. They can save your life.. Period!

zero advice for kids going off to college you know are going to binge drink is so irresponsible as a society. Like taking ur kids to the beach and not putting sun screen on them. "oh just drink water" well you still get sunburnt when its overcast.

I needed to hear this. After 45 years I’d drinking ,as with him, progressively getting worse , I had to stop. What started with a beer in my teens , six packs in my 20’s , ending with all day drinking a total of gallon of wine a day daily for the last 6-7 years of my drinking days, I ended up hospitalized. Now it’s time to repair what I can … both physiologically and personally : divorces , missed my children, home , financially, and otherwise.

@@amiali7647 add the supplements before even try to cut back the alcohol. high dose fish oil and LGlutamine, Bcomplex and Magnesium powdered form, 3n8 supposed to be one of the better ones. Taurine great for anxiety and recovery. LGlutamine repairs the gut from pickling effect of drinking lots of alcohol. Dopamine a bugger though. Go to the beach you put sunscreen on. drinking without supplements to me seems like going into the sun no sunscreen.

10 years of binge drinking, skipping meals, and near daily intense exercise gave me permanent and progressive brain damage. Dementia. Neurodegeneration.

Starting with supplements. Vit D and K, magnesium and zinc.
May be Ashwaganda or Rhodeola will also work against anxiety.
Don't Stopp the proz. immediate ly. Go slow over a month, otherwise it may cause withdraw symptoms as anxiety.
      Learn about the supplements.
      Go out in nature.
      Do keto diet.
      All worth effort.
