Cinder Block Garage Repair

This garage was built back in a bank and the soil pressure pushed the walls in. I had to come up with an inexpensive way to fix it so that is what the video is about. I was living in the Philippines when I bought the property so never buy a property sight unseen like I did. Normally you would be alright but I had a less than honest real estate agent.

Backfill with rock and you won't have that problem. The dirt expanding from moisture is the cause.

So I've been told. I will put some gravel over the drain pipe for now but I'm not going to backfill for a while, maybe never. I'll put a couple feet when shaping the banks. I don't care how it looks or how it affects property value. It was too much work to risk it happening again. I would have a problem with logistics if I ordered a few loads of gravel. Thanks
