Not gonna lie. Your car has been tuned to crap. Detune the car run the original tyres and then turn off your TCS and assists with M&C. They had none of that in the 30's
I used the default tune apart from gear ratios. I don’t know why traction was on but I have to use ABS in all games because I have a lead foot. Forza also isn’t great for realism
Not sure GP cars of those years could whip through the gears that fast. Not to mention the balance of taking hands off the wheel to shift versus needing hands on wheel to man handle those front tires around.

Even without those on its quite easy to control, I usually only use ABS as I have a very heavy right foot

Yea I will admit I money shifted a few times and since I can’t physically use a H pattern shifter I was usually buttons on my wheel
