With so many ranged troops and stone walls you should sally out every turn until enemy attacks. Position your cavalry to a side infantry to another ranged on the front wall. Depending on enemy movement you should get some easy kills. If they don't move to range no harm done just don't forget to actually exit the gates with a unit and get back in so you don't take any damage on the draw.

That’s a good idea. I don’t usually think to do that as Spain because I’m so used to the tiny range of the slingers. Several times I’ve had the other army just stare at me expectantly for ten minutes and haven’t gotten any kills.
It’s a good idea though, especially since there is always the possibility of the enemy actually starving out my forces. It hasn’t been close to that happening yet, but there’s nothing stopping them and it would be really dumb to wait until the last turn of the siege and try to sally out with the starved and weakened army.

@@tdsniper215 Exactly, it's a win win situation. If they move and you get kills, good if they don't move and it's a staring contest just exit the battle with no harm done. Again I have to stress out don't exit a battle without having a unit leaving and reentering the gates or you will take random damage on battle exit.
