So I just realized Gray’s channel is mostly about death rn 😂
It's possible that line about cupcakes at 5:50 is a reference to a My Little Pony grimdark story called Cupcakes. The gist of it is that Pinkie Pie has a secret lottery where she picks the name of a random person out of a hat. And then she kidnaps (ponynaps?) them, dismembers them, and turns them into various baked goods.
Remember that unicorn, my little pony style creepy pasta? It’s like a bronie game, video game creepypasta? Kinda is like the Mandela Catalogue and FNAF or I’m On Observation Duty with Jeff the Killer.
