Whats the best way to judge whether or not you can clear a gap or not? I usually just send it my cousin ended up hesitating and nose diving off a jump we built I'm trying to get him over that if you have any advice it would be much appreciated.

Nice job. I am 65 just coming from street to adventure off road. CFR 250L I have crashed more in the last month than the last 48 years. Lol. I always feel I am not stable and confidence drops big time. Sadly I get that fear I didnt have going 180mph and it's a little 250. How do you drive through the fear? From Deegan 38. What up Terry.. man I hope I’m still riding at 65. That’s awesome. Sometimes fear likes to try to hold us back for sure. When I was younger and competitive I would shut off the switch in my mind and just go for it.. I’m 43 now and I don’t take the risk like I did then..I just try to enjoy riding, but the more you ride the more comfortable you can get. We can always improve our riding techniques and become smoother riders. Smoother means less mistakes, less mistakes, means less crashes, less crashes, less injuries, less injuries, the less lost of confidence. If we continue to improve we continue to build confidence 👍🏼✊🏼
