#reaction #musicreactions #firsttimehearing
The amount of talent on that stage was quite impressive. The Eagles made it look so easy...
Lyin Eyes was a pure Glenn Frey classic.
I feel blessed to have grown up and lived through music like this.
Me too. 😊
"New Kid in Town" is another beautiful Eagles' song.
"In The City" is my favorite Eagles' song
You only have to hear ONE of their songs to fall in love with them!!!! Take It To the Limit is my favorite!
You Can't miss with these guys but since you like chorus and harmony.... "Seven Bridges Road"
One of my favorite songs, ever.
Listen to Home Free, it's better!
STOP interupting the video for f sake.
@ricklee5845 I respectfully disagree with that assessment.
@@RoGueNavy That's ok. We are not sheep and we all have different ears it seems. I preferred the Foxes & Fossils version over that of the Eagles for a long time until I found Home Free.
The very low bass of Tim Foust tipped the scale for me.
The Eagles have one of the best harmonies.
You’re so right!Went to an Eagles concert during the hell freezes over tour it was like listening to a CD as the harmonies were perfect despite a live performance
@pierretremblay3130 One of the best live performances.
You could do 50 Eagles reactions, and still not hear everything that got radio play. A true Americana group
Isn't it interesting how these music reactors listen to 3 songs from a group and think they're experts? We listened to the same album over and over until it almost wore out.
Don Felder added so much to that performance and makes it look effortless.
Beautifully written and performed live with no vocal aids.
"Take It Easy" from this concert also has that unmistakable great Eagles sound to it as well:

Felder was fire-so many great riffs. His riff during the break on One of These Nights is awesome. same for Already Gone my favorite song of theirs.
I'm mesmerised by Don's superb tele licks every time. Its flawless and gorgeous.
I love that the Eagles always play for the song rather than playing to show off. They really focus on telling a vivid story with their great lyrics. And, their harmonizing is just heavenly. I saw them in concert in 2005, and they were incredible! :)
Another great one with Glen Frey doing lead.....rip Glen Frey .....love that music
I just subscribed, and wanted to say that my introduction to the Eagles was "Take It Easy". I was, and am a fan of theirs ever since. I really loved "HELL FREEZES OVER", especially the "hotel California" performance. 7bridges road is one of the best acapella songs ever! Welcome to the extremely large family of fans of theirs. WELCOME EMMA, GLAD TO HAVE YOU AS ONE OF US!!!
A group of super talented individuals and with them all together they are just legendary.
If you love the harmony of their singing you need to listen to “Seven Bridges Road” it is an amazing song. It is pure harmony at its best.
If you like the drummers voice, he had a solid solo career. Try don henleys Boys of Summer
Or Heart of the Matter
ahha great alright. nice to see how he sings this iv heard this and many other for years but hes quite relaxed when singing so its natural for him.
They were so good Don Felder was magic on guitar
One of the best happy sad songs ever written. More Eagles please!😊❤
Just imagine, this was Linda Ronstadts backing band for a brief minute back in 1971, before they formed the Eagles. They, meaning Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Randy Meisner, and Bernie Leadon, toured with her and can be heard on her 3rd album. They have a truly remarkable library of hits. And of course Linda was the top female pop singer in the 70s.
My favorite Eagles song, and was my mom's favorite all time song, so whenever I hear it, I think of her and how much she loved this song. Wonderful reaction.
According to Glenn Frey, Don Henley and him wrote this song in 1hr after coming back from LA restaurant and seeing someone similar to person in song
"Glenn Frey, Don Henley and him " LOL ... He and Don Henley. homie.
I said it in the last Eagles reaction. Please let me insist, "Seven bridges road" for some crazy vocal harmonies.
Same can be said for “Hole in the Wall”
Had the pleasure of seeing them in Manchester (England) with my dad, they were amazing. Eagles always bring back good memories for me.
The live performances from this concert are amazing. Especially this song, which I think is one of those rare live performances that is better than the original studio recording. Don Felder's guitar riffs throughout the song put it over the top.
This is such a good song. It never gets old💕
Ya...my favourite of theirs.
Some of my favorites from The Eagles that you haven't yet reacted to are: Take It Easy, Already Gone, Desperado, One Of These Nights, Peaceful Easy Feeling, Best Of My Love.
you will really like the live version of "Take It Easy" from this same concert
Another cool song from the Eagles and good luck today Eagles in the Super Bowl!👍👍
Thank you for reacting, enjoying and appreciating this incredible band. I can tell you have an old soul.
You look beautiful as always! 😊
Simple melody, simple message. Infidelity. I wonder how many people listen to this and never catch them words?
Absolutely my all time favourite group. Never put out a bad song, and myself being classically trained in singing, their harmonies are absolutely fantastic and so pure….
Eagles...my favorite group of all time. They started out with more of a country vibe and intentionally transitioned more to rock over time.
I used to play this in my home growing up. My mom loved this song. You must know I am a huge Eagles fan. I saw them 11 times. They never disappoint. I love your reactions to their music. It brings such memories. Their music is just so peaceful and the storytelling is unmatched. Keep on reacting to Eagles music. It brings me so much joy. “peaceful easy feeling, “Take it easy” , “best of my love”, “One of these nights” , “pretty maids all in a row” (Joe Walsh sings lead) , “try and love again” (randy meisner sins lead). You are the best!
Their harmonies are out of this world!!!
Listen carefully to this. The Eagles have two superb lead guitarists (Don Henley and Joe Walsh) who don't have a solo in this song, but continuously add what I call musical embroidery to the song. Some really good lead guitar almost hidden within the music.
Don Felder. Henley is the drummer.
This has always been one of my favourite 3 Eagles songs. The lyrics are phenomenal. It has a simple, basic song structure, yet attractive enough to make you continue to listen.
The Eagles had so much success because they too had vocal harmonies. Additionally, they had good instrumentalists and a plethora of ideas that ensured every song was very different.
Thank you for reacting to this Emma and the sweater you are wearing becomes you! 🎶🎶
PS: "Seven Bridges Road" is NOT an Eagles song! 😮😮
You'll love, "Peaceful easy feeling", and "Take it easy".
I bet "New kid in town" 1977 is also a song that ends up in your playlist, its addictive music 🎵🎶
I attended a concert in Spokane in '75. Walked in and saw four Cerwin-Vega Double D Horn bass speakers spread on the floor in front of the stage. These were the speakers Cerwin-Vege developed to provide the special effects for the movie Earthquake. I turned to my friend and said "We're going to hear some bass tonight". I remember that day because that was the day the Jolly Green Giant string bean harvest crew I was part of parked our machines in the cold rain, mutinied and called it a day.
"Take It Easy" is one of their most popular songs and they did a great live version from this same show where you can really see the members of the audience rocking out and having a great time too. Eagles - Take It Easy (Live at Capital Centre, March 1977)
The greatest song by my favorite band. And that's sayin something because we all know how many incredible songs they have created. Damn, I miss both Glenn and Timothy.
Beautiful song, singing and Sing with Emma evaluation. All S's, lol
I like this live Eagles' performance video! Thanks for video, Emma! 🦅
The most iconic band ever to grace the human civilization. Eagles will remain the greatest band ever!! Hello Emma from Alberta!! You're so beautiful!
Dig the earrings! The Eagles were a supergroup. Amazing that members kept coming and going, but the hits just kept rolling out. Glenn Frey was a talented guy, but from what I hear, also the source of most of the turmoil and churn in the group.
earings. lol that all u lookin for....there aint any dude..go to elton john or something
you heard wrong
This song is great!!! A similar song they do is Tequila Sunrise….. beautiful 🤩
Such a great song way to go Emma!
I've always had a fondness for this one.
Fantastic song awesome band beautiful melody and lyrics !!
American Grammy award for Best Pop Performance for this beautiful song. Nominated for Record of Year also. Great song, great voices, and imho the best / most beautiful subtle guitar fills by Don Felder on any Eagles song. Reminds me of a Mark Knopfler melodic accompaniment that made so many of his songs.
The Eagles had so many great hits over the years. 'Hotel California' is one of their classics. Love the lyric 'you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.'
Everyone single one of them has a microphone in front of them,,, "Let's sing brothers,,,,, a sing song"🎶🎶🎶
3 great singers in this band.
Most people only seem to know their greatest hits - which were of course stellar songs - but few have heard Waiting In The Weeds which is an absolute standout for me. Perhaps their best work in a truly remarkable catalogue.
I must say to you Emma, your reactions are getting better and better. Excellent job!
They are going on tour this year. The tickets start at $235. It isn't cheap but trust me it is something that you will NEVER FORGET!!! I have seen them many times over the years!!! One of the best concerts that I have ever been to. 😮🥰🔥
Just love your enthusiasm and joy, great reaction, thank you! 😊
7 bridges road!!!!
While I can see it's already been recommended... i did promise to keep suggesting Seven Bridges Road with every Eagles reaction, so.... oh my, you just have to listen to Seven Bridges Road, it is a fantastic song with an a capella opening and wonderful harmony throughout.
My promise is now kept
When this song first dropped, it seemed as if the radio played it three times an hour for weeks on end.
A classic song! It perfectly describes the older female crowd at Dan Tana’s just waiting for the musicians coming for drinks after playing the Troubadour. It’s less obvious these days, but still happens. 😂👍🤙
Incredibly accurate live harmonies
The Eagles lyrics can be so true to life❤
Favorite Eagles song, "One of these Nights" sung by Don Henley from same concert
I have two points to make... the Eagles are the greatest band of alll times and you are absolutely beautiful....
Which point do you think is the most important to her?
2nd best American band after Grateful Dead. Van Halen 3rd.
Desperado is one of my favorite releases ever. It's so good.
Thank you for the reaction 💜
i support this comment. well at least 1 & 2 😂 🥀☝️
The Eagles are icons! Take It to The Limit is my favorite. Love Randy Misner's voice It is so beautiful! Love your reaction!
The eagles has the best harmonies! Speaking of which, check out their song , Seven bridges road, it will blow you away! Emma!
my favorite song when it came out...was a big Eagles fan back then...and like many others here am still stuck back in the 70s .. .. ..
That is Glen Frey singing. Try the Heat is on by him Great song and You Belong to the City Two songs from when he went solo.. Thanks Emma.
Next up: Best Of My Love, Desperado, Already Gone, Heartache Tonight, I Can't Tell You Why. Pretty much any song off of their Greatest Hits 1971-1975 album.
Love a song with a story 😊
TO DIE FOR‼️ Kings of that 70’s sound! Saw them in the 90’s. Phenomenal show!✌🏻😎
One of there masterpieces. There is no turning back now, you’ve drank the kool-aid.
"Heart Ache Tonight," "Take it easy," "Love will keep us alive," "Desperado," "Best of My Love," "Already gone,".........Not to mention Don, Glenn, & Joe's solo stuff.
Such song are not as simple as they seem.this one of my favorite song they do.
You might like "Take it Easy" or even "Desperado "... IMHO you would really fall in love with a band I grew up listening to...
Put allot'a miles on the backseat of my car in highschool to Eagles Tunes🎉
The Eagles were very country despite their California roots. Their music would easily be considered country today.
What a relaxing song,it's making me sleepy.😴
Desperado! Great ballad!
Eagles are one of my top 5 bands, along with the Beatles and Pink Floyd. Doors, Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead, Stones, Little Feat and a few others fill out #4 and #5, at different times.
Peaceful Easy Feeling is another one you might like. It was from their early years when they had more of a country feel.
One of These Nights is an excellent disco-like song with vocals by drummer Don Henley.
With these guys,,,if you wrote the song you sing lead on that song. That's why you see different ones taking lead which all can do at anytime.
Lying eyes is a really well written song
Imagine. They started as Linda Rondstat's band.
4 of them did but the didn't call themselves the Eagles then. Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Bernie Leadon, and Randy Meisner were all members of Linda Ronstadt's band before forming the Eagles. They were recruited in the early 1970s and played together as a touring band.
It is a great song and I really enjoyed your reaction to it!
Ok, Emma.
I have a few suggestions just for you.
Don Henley, the drummer, sings the lead on these first two suggestions.
DOOLIN' DALTON, and DESPERADO.
Timothy B. Schmidt, the bassist who joined the group later, sings I CAN'T TELL YOU WHY, and LOVE WILL KEEP US ALIVE, two great Eagles hits.
Finally, I know you have heard Linda Ronstadt had a hand in the formation of the Eagles. For a time, they were her backup band and toured for a short time. You can see them all play together live, early in their careers on the son SILVER THREADS AND GOLDEN NEEDLES. And their friend Jackson Browne joins the Eagles with Linda Ronstadt to sing TAKE IT EASY.
Linda also has the rare honor of recording her own version of DESPERADO, which is a high compliment given their restrictive nature of letting others perform their music. You know this from your own difficulties trying to react to them on your channel.
I love how happy this music makes you. And the smile it brings to your heart.
Keep singing.
Keep going and enjoy the music.
Thanks bro! My music!
Felders guitar fills are awesome
Ultimate powerhouse band,,,everyOne had a Steller solo career as well
When my wife left me 7 years ago, For a much younger man, this song broke and warmed my heart. I know, weird. But seeing the reaction by my favorite girl just placed it back where it belongs. One a great bands greatest songs. Thanks again Em, you keep making my days better. God bless.
You have so many more Eagles songs to enjoy ahead of you. And we get to enjoy the adventure too!
Just a few recommendations:
(I'm mixing in some solo career tunes by Don Henley and Glenn Fry as well as Eagles songs.)
I Can't Tell You Why (yet another lead vocalist-this time it's Timothy B. Schmidt)
Desperado
One of These Nights
Seven Bridges Road
Life in the Fast Lane
New Kid in Town
Heartache Tonight
Witchy Woman
In the City (Glenn Fry)
Boys of Summer (Don Henley)
The Heart of the Matter (")
Dirty Laundry (")
The Last Worthless Evening
We're looking forward to whatever classic you pick next!
And please explore Joe Walsh (res bandana guy). I loved him in a 1960s band called James Gang with songs like Funk #49 and Walk Away. Then there are outstanding songs from his solo career like Rocky Mountain Way and Life's Been Good. ❤❤❤
New to your channel but love your reactions definitely will be watching
Welcome aboard!😘☺️✨👍
Probably my favorite.
I love the eagles song "The Last Resort'

I used to hear their songs on the radio so often that I didn't buy any of their albums. Decades later I did buy their 2-disc "Greatest Hits" and eventually made 2 more discs to complement that, a selection of album tracks including a few solo hits and one of the b-sides to their singles; nearly all are from their albums. It's all good stuff.
The Eagles are my favorite band by far! You can never go wrong with any of their songs…except Disco Strangler. I have no explanation for that one. 😆 You should also check out some of Don Henley’s or Glenn Frey’s (Eagles members) solo work.
This was back in the days when you didn't have to put a second mortgage on your house just to go to an Eagles concert.
Seven Bridges Road is a must listen! All about the harmonies and very vocal dominant....
Great reaction, great song, love the Eagles. You should do, Desperado.
