- This is my farewell video to ER.
Just like anyone else, I've never seen a TV show like ER before. Definitly a life-changing experience.
I used to think TV is just for fun, you can't get serious with it. But when I saw Mark holding the baby in the pilot (Susan was smiling and Carter was fascinated by the scene), I knew this show is different. And then after watching the episode "Bizzard", I was totally into the show. During those days ER became a special part of my life. And when I thought I can't love it more, they brougt us "All in the family". Wow...that episode is unbelievably breath taking and heart breaking...I cried for Carter and Lucy like a baby. The relationship between you and the characters are established so naturally that you won't even notice it. I also remember I cried when Carol deliveried her babies (so happy for her, you know...) And it physically hurt when Mark left us. In ER, characters are more like real people. One thing we might forget is that it's actually very difficult to make a fictional script real. (We didn't feel a thing because they are truely phenomenal professionals...)That's a big part where ER is really great at.
Now our favorite show is gone. Although I miss it badly but I do think they did a right thing. It's impossible to keep THE quality forever and ER did its best. Just as that patient said in the finale, "no regrets."

The bad thing is it's not only an end of a great show but also an end of an era. There ARE tons of amazing shows out there but something we found in ER will be missed forever, I guess.
But the good thing is we can still re-watch ER for the rest of our lives;-) Thank goodness for DVDs...

ER WILL LIVE FOREVER BEST SHOW They did have there time but for me there never be forgotten Ive seen ever episode and still go back and watch them all the time No show like it out right now
Any medical/drama that came after ER has paled in comparison. This video does such a gorgeous job of capturing the magic and emoting that was and will always be number one.

I've been watching ER since I was 12, and now I'm 24. I've watched it on T.V and then came back to watch the whole 15 seasons online over and over. Never get tired of it, never. Best show ever, hands down.

No other show will compare to ER. Wow. It was truly an amazing series. I’m so glad they put it on Hulu, because it seriously changed my life. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that it’s a TV show... you become so attached to the characters and it really feels like they’re real sometimes. I finished the series weeks ago and it was truly amazing. This tribute brought tears to my eyes. It was beautiful. 🖤

2018 and seeing this is making me start the seasons all over because I have them all on DVD and I don't regret starting it today knowing that it's going to take probably a couple of months to finish because this was the best show in my opinion ever made

I started watching ER the day they put on Hulu. It’s a show way before my time, but I fell in love with it. I finally finished the series last week, and wow wow, it truly was a very special and meaningful show. I’ve been watching edits from all over the internet and by far this is the best one!! Truly captures the whole show; the old and the new characters. Great video!!
ER is definitely the best TV show ever made for TV. It brought everyone through every possible emotion a person could have. I can't even remember how many times I've cried with the characters, laughed with them, been angry with them or towards them. You could never trust the writers in this show which made it exciting, painful, funny, sad and what not to watch. There will never in history be a greater show than this. I'm so happy the way the ended it with the old cast. It was golden.
No words to explain what I still feel when I see this video from ER. I have seen all the episodes twice and I am thinking about a third review.

That was a GREAT video. I absolutely love ER. I never get sick of watching it no matter how many times I've seen it, and it still makes me cry like it was my first time watching it. All the characters were amazing.
I have been on such an ER kick the last few days and your video truly is the best! I watched faithfully from age 7 til the end. ER is still my life, people make fun of me all the time. The show made me laugh and cry numerous times. ER forever!!!

i watched this for the first time during season 15 with my mom and i was hooked! i LOVE this show and all the people in it, i really miss it, please have a reunion....on last episode pleassssseeee....

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL job to whomever put this video together!! I've watched it SO many times. It makes me cry. And, (siiiiigh.) I truly miss what was quite possibly the single greatest medical drama in television history. I'll ALWAYS remember the death of Mark Greene. Also, how unbelievably hard Kerri and the rest of the team downstairs, then Elisabeth and Robert Romano worked to save Lucy Knight. (That moment, along with Mark's death and possibly when John hit Peter and then, just fell to pieces. Those were the most emotional highlights for me I think.)

I love this tribute! I've had this saved on my playlist since it first came out. It truly paints a picture of how life was on the show as well as in real life of those who work in an E.R. and first responders. It is the essence of the series and how much family was important. But truly the music goes so well with the quotes and clips of this video. Well done! This was a great tv show!

First HILL STREET BLUES changed police dramas. Then came ER, and just changed network TV. Period.
I remember NBC had a special showing of the pilot on Monday night. I watched it. Then they ran it again on what would be ER’s regular night, Thursday.
I watched it again, just as enthralled. I never missed one second of 15 years of episodes.
The final episode, the final scene, as the camera pulled out for a long shot...I swear, I cried like a family member died.
I heard once, when NBC was the top network: “This is the show that makes the night that makes the network.”
I’ve always believed that.
Started watching Chicago Hope, didn't want to be the 1 amongst millions, then finally watched it and forever there after, been an E.R. greatest fan

Just finished watching the entire series on DVD..2 months roughly watching episodes back to back, sometimes 3 eps, sometimes 6 to 8...it was an amazing ride. Can't remember loving the series as much back when I watched some of it on TV...now I totally love it. One if not THE best hospital series ever made. This video is definitely on my top list of fanvideos!

i remember 1st watching ER with my mum about 5 years ago, i loved it, this show made me laugh, made me cry and it also shows you the best and worst parts about what it takes to become a doctor and nurse in a ER.
im 15 now and i thank ER and all that its taught me, i still watch it because its the best show ever and i learnt a lot of medical names and things, and well done on the video - its very good :D

That was one on the best tribute video I have seen. I am still mad at the writers for breaking up Carter and Abby. I think that would have been a better love story than Luka and her and after Carter left I stopped watching. I have all the videos and are re watching now.
+Mary Britzman I know! Abby and carter was my first ship, and i was really pissed, and Er broke my heart in relationship front with Sam&Luka, also Neela & ray ( i know they are endgame but 2 long looks wasnt very satisfying)- So i hate Luka with Abby :(, i didnt watch their scenes.
I loved Carter, and wanted to stop but new Characters: Neela, ray , Pratt ,Morris wasnt that bad, and s12 was good.
But s13 was meh, and real bad only s14 was. ( only good episode was the one with tJeanie)
s15 were good, with new characters and with a old characters returning

This will always be my favourite tv show. No other medial drama past or present even compares. I miss it so much.
To me, the Carter-Benton dynamic was the best, followed by Mark-Elizabeth and Neela-Debenko (what can I say? I thought they were so cute together).

I have been watching ER since I was 15, I've watched it on T.V and now I'm 40 and back to watch the whole 15 seasons online over and over. Best show ever. I hope real doctor act like carter or mark green, they listen to the patient, care to their patient, not just prescribing drugs

downs in life right along with them...They were a part of us...
ER and ST. ELSEWHERE were two QUALITY shows and I wonder if they will ever even try to
make anything of this caliber again when so-called "reality" shows are easier and cheaper to put out. A shame really. So many have missed out.

I was in respiratory therapy school when this first came on. Kinda learned the ropes from school and this show at the same time... Time for a reboot..... Carter foundation since has taken over county general... Good starting point.
Never saw this show when it was first out. Just started binge-watching it beginning Season 8 during COVID. Just finished through when Abby/Luka left. Great show! Every time I watch the wedding vows scene during Abby / Luka's wedding, I cry. First time in my life I've ever liked a poem; even downloaded it. Can't stop re-watching scenes and TH-cam vids - so many great ones. Thank you for such a great tribute.
July 21, 2021 it's 630 am and I'm balling like a baby. This show changed my life. I never missed one episode and I have rewatched the serious more then 100 times I'm sure. To this day I have never been able to get into a show like I did with ER. Who ever made this did a fantastic job! The somg fit perfect. Thank you so much for making this video. 💗

Oh my, I'm crying about ER, again...This is a wonderful farewell video! "It physically hurt when Mark left us"- I couldn't agree more and I totally share all your feelings about ER. It will never be another show like this, it made me change my view on TV series and it became part of my daily life for so long. I'll forever treasure those thursdays and All in the family is still one of the greatest TV episodes I've ever seen. It's the end of an era, no doubt. Thank God for DVDs indeed :) 5 stars!
