- 28 Days Later is a heart pounding twenty-four issue horror comic book series. Written by Michael Alan Nelson and Illustrated by Declan Shalvey, Marek Oleksicki, Leonardo Manco, Ron Salas, Pablo Peppino and Alejandro Aragon. It follows the story of Clint and Derrick (Journalist) as they try to cover the Pandemic of the Rage Virus while continuing the story of Selena one of the survivors of the feature film of the same name.

This was great! Did the actors see the actual pictures when recording? It was a bit comedic, some of them sound stoned at critical moments. 😆
*I was wondering the same thing.... BUT I do believe that this channel got their own voice actors for this comic video? It always surprises me that BARELY anyone has heard of these "28 Days Later" comics...*
*I remember YEARS ago when the movie "28 Days Later" first came out, I was around 12 years old at the time, the movie terrorized me... I wasn't scared by ANY Zombie movie or video game BUT I could NOT watch "28 Days Later" while I was home alone or even alone in a room... Shit, I could barely watch it WITH someone, I would have to watch it with my Pop's in order to actually sit through it & watch the whole thing without being terrified... The Sequel, "28 Weeks Later", was a pretty good movie BUT it was no where close to being as horrifying as the first movie "28 Days Later"... The sequel was more "Hollywood" with huge explosions, lots of automatic gun fire, lots of blood & killing and special effects added to it.... "28 Weeks Later" just did NOT have the RAW horror that "28 Days Later" had. The first movie had barely any special effects, guns & explosions but managed to be 10x more horrifying than the sequel.*
*"28 Days Later" was one of, if not the first, "Zombie" movie that first used "Infected" type zombies... Where the "Zombies" weren't Reanimated corpses that were once dead.... but "Infected" humans that got infected by a "Rage Virus" that made them be in a permanent "Rage" like state... The virus originated from the real "Rabies Virus" that was being tested in a laboratory, while using monkeys as the test subjects, which made a "Animal Rights" organization band together and break into the laboratory to free the monkeys from being test subjects... They didn't know that the monkeys were infected with the experimental "Rage Virus" and were in turn, Infected. The "28 Days Later" franchise was a pioneer in making a new type of Zombie movie, using "Infected" type humans...*
*It was cool to see, at the end, in "28 Days Later" the "Infected" actually were starving to death. We assume that, in a little over a month, the infected would be so weak from starvation that they could not move and would literally wither away. I'm not sure how their dehydration worked though, as it would only take a little over 3 days without water for dehydration to start killing you.*
Cj olivers voice reminds me of an anime voice actor whos been in tons of things like.cowboy bebop and Georgia sounds alot like the actual actress from the movie. This was a real good one guys

OMG Thank you for this :) Sigh... how i wish the prequel actually follow up with the survvivor. They found the cure, but they also found the main reason how it break out into the world or even worst, discovered and engineered. I love this and i wish i wish another prequel of 28days later, surround the three survivor. SO HYPEDDDDD. Popcorn :)

Posted 3 years ago and I wasn’t able to find it!? After watching what FilmComicsExplained had of these I got hooked and was searching for more and this channel not these videos ever came up!

*I remember reading this YEARS ago when I was like 12 years old, I loved it. Now though, since I am older, I can see a ton of wrong things that were done in this comic. Like going in with no Gas Masks or any masks at all, even though you know its an airborne virus and can be transmitted by any blood coming in contact with open wounds or places like your eyes & mouth...*
*There's also some extremely well done story elements in these comics. I never finished all of them, I believe I only finished the 2nd episode worth of content... But there's a part in the comics where British citizens get picked up by American Military and they listen too the Americans talking about the World Series, in great detail, that's being played in The USA and who the winners are going to be... While the British survivors are looking at them with wide eyes, not believing they could be talking about Baseball while being in ground zero of a deadly virus that makes people go into a permanent Rage & kill anything around them by tearing off their limbs, one by one... It showed me, as a young kid, just how far away the UK is and how separated things can become... One part of the World is watching a World Series Baseball Game in their living room on a nice comfortable couch & eating chips..... All while another part of the World is fighting for survival against a deadly virus that turns people into rage filled killing machines that want to kill anything around them.*

28 Days Later is my favourite movie of all time. I loved the movie so much I have a whole collection of all the DVD and blu ray releases and I have the sound track and comics. However I've always struggled with reading and books can never keep my attention no matter how good they are. I just lose focus on what I'm reading which is why I only read the first issue of the comics. This video is so well put together it makes the comics so much more accessible for people like me and I cannot thank you enough for making these videos. You did an incredible job and you deserve more recognition for your hard work. Thank you so much!

These soldiers had no idea just how crazy the infection was. They should've listened to Selena
Not soldiers.Reporters and scientists. The reporters thought since they saw a lot of bad things in Afghanistan and Iraq,they could handle
anything.
What they didn't want to understand is they never had to actually do bad things. Reporting on the bad things done by soldiers or insurgents
was not the same as having to do it for themselves. None of them had been in a position where they had to kill in combat to stay alive.
They thought that being exposed to violence made them as prepared as a person like Selena, who had to become a killer to survive.
So sad to see that you are not going to upload anymore. I just found out about this channel 😭😭😭🥺🥺
