Its really simple.. I have tried this with all marinated curd and all spices i put in cadhai and the same color came. But i would also follow ur steps.
This dish came out quite well, the sauce (gravy) was delish but the chicken was a bit dry, I now cook for 15-20 minutes instead, thanks for a great channel

I tried this recipe and believe it guys it's so super easy to make and it turned put to be yummmmmyyyyy .. its rich and creamy and a very different taste unlike our usual chicken curry. The only time consuming part is when u have to peel off the skin of the almonds. Otherwise it's a hit guys .. do try this recipe. P.S. - I did add a little more coriander and mint leave at the end of the cooking for extra flavour and a little.more salt.
