This is a reading of the First few chapters of Weiss' Concise Trustee Handbook, for the administration of a private express trust under the common law, functioning under the General Law Merchant. With Commentary by Greg Ward of the Common Law Right Society.

Actually none are allowed to create and hold as God lol that's why it's in the bible.. lol I put my trust in the LORD.. if you don't know the difference and how or why you shouldn't cover.. all will die under you as a fake God during judgements.. think about the extreme nature of judgements from God and why they manipulate the meaning of doomsday book by Alexander and why they knew they had to kill or be killed.. lol it's law.
“JOHN DOE is indeed in the court!” pointing to the judge. “With all due respect, it is You! As the trustee, You are JOHN DOE today, are you not?!!”
We must remain respectful and polite, otherwise we end up sinking to their level. During the judge’s frustration over our not admitting to being The Trust Name -- the trustee/executor of the trust - we should ask who he is.
“Before we go any further, Sir, I need to know who YOU are.”
Address and question the clerk of the court -- the trustee for the CQV trust owned by the state, “Are you the trustee who has appointed this judge to be the administrator/trustee of the constructive trust No. 12345….? Did you appoint the prosecutor to be the executor of this constructive trust?”
Then pointing to the Judge, “So you are the trustee“, and pointing to the prosecutor, “and you are the executor - and I am the beneficiary - so I authorize you to dissolve and discharge this constructive trust.”
“I now claim my body, so I am collapsing the CQV trust you have charged, as there is no value in there. You have committed fraud against all laws!”
Likely . . . we will not get that far before the judge will order, “Case dismissed” . . . or even more likely the prosecutor will call out “We withdraw the charge”.
We have exposed their fraud of the CQV trust that exists only on presumptions. The CQV trust has no corpus, no property . . . ergo, no value. Trusts are created only upon the conveyance of property and can exist only as long as there is value in the trust.
There is no value in the CQV trust, yet they continue to charge the trust. That is fraud!
The alleged property is we men and women whom they deem to be incompetent, dead, abandoned, lost, bankrupts, or minors - but that is an illusion - so when we claim our body, we collapse the presumption that there is value in the trust.
They are operating in fraud -- something we’ve always known - but now we know how they do it. Our having exposed their fraud, gives them only three options:
1. They can dismiss the case before they risk their fraud being exposed.
2. Or they can set-off the debt and leave us alone.
3. They can dissolve the CQV trust case - but they cannot dissolve the CQV trust itself - or the entire global system will collapse, for they cannot exist without our energy which they obtain via that CQV trust, and they do not want to disperse the trust funds to the beneficiary, who is us.
Now that they know that we are onto their fraud, every time they go into court to administer a trust account, they will not know if we are ones who will send them to jail. The trustee/judge is the liable party who will go to jail, and the executor/prosecutor must enforce this.
This is why they want us to accept both titles, executor/trustee, then not only do we go to jail, but by signing their paper we become the executor who enforces our own sentence.
They cannot afford to violate the ecclesiastical canon laws out of fear of ending their careers, so they are trapped with no place to run.
So what’s a court clerk to do?!! Soon none of these thugs will take any cases because the risk is too great. This will be the end of the court system. About time, eh? Knowledge -- not procedure -- is power.
Under commercial law - since the Code of Ur-Nammu (circa 2100 BCE) -- the use of another man’s property without his permission puts the user into dishonor making him liable for any accrued debts.
So our use of UCC forms, bills of exchange, AFV or bonds, FRN’s and other documents of the Roman System can create penalties, for this is trading with and using property which we do not own, becasue the birth-certificate “name” is the property of the corporation which issued it. We can process our papers perfectly, but in the end they say “Sorry, you’re not one of us because you’re real, and we’re not - we’re a fiction.”
But now we get to inflict fear onto them instead. When we are forced into court, knowing that the judge is the trustee and the prosecutor is the executor of the CQV trusts is empowering.
It gives us two choices:
1. We can expose the fraud of presumptions by which the CQV trusts exist - and have them dissolved it because the Trustee is the judge sitting on the bench. Dissolving one CQV trust dissolves them all.
2. We can know that everything the judge says -- even if it sounds like an order, a command, or a sentence -- is an “offer” that we can refuse to accept by saying, “I do not consent - I do not accept your offer”.
This is the Key principle of testamentary trusts - the beneficiary can accept or decline the offers of the trustee.
I have found no other solution in commerce because those who claim to have solutions still insist upon treating symptoms rather than curing the cause… the fraudulent CQV trust.

This is why in criminal side of things , the arraignment hearing was created, so the citizen can answer yes or no to his Name and of course only slaves/citizens ( blacks Law dictionary 4th edition 1st print) plea.

as one of the people with god given in alienable rights. the courts can only enforce statutes or codes on the person,individual. as one of the people with the right to abolish all government we do not fall under contractual or statute rules or regulations. the penal code as well as other codes define a person as a individual or a corporation , organization,association,limited liability company or entity governed by the business organization code. individual is defined as a living being including a unborn child from every stage of gestation or fertilization and birth.

My problem is I know what's going on and my rights but I'm having a hard time expressing it the correct way. I'm not sure what terminology to use you help with this video on some of it nor am I all the way sure about the process. Question: do you have a resource that can provide a template with which to start a declaration of trust. I comprehend this would be very unique to the purpose of the trust. I am looking for essential details that are recommended to be included. BTW, I tried accessing the G-Drive, but have an access denied message.

Actually your birth certificate is an actual dead document and also it is a fraudulent document because when you was a child you was neither of mine or overstanding that you were going to be contractual collateral for a corporation aka the United States incorporated. What I am telling you is that all contracts under color of law are fraudulent this is why one must claim their status just as I do as a Moor..... Not to mention the United States incorporated and their whole color of law system is in a chapter 11 bankruptcy they have no power to pick and choose or have control to pick and choose on contracts as they cannot even bring a claim into court due to them being insolvent. Or you can take your trust then put your birth certificate in the trust then take out a lien against it no one should be able to deal with you about how you move as a private natural man or woman when you have a lean on your birth certificate?????

There is NO way that you'd want to use a REVOCABLE trust. If you set it up correctly, an IRREVOCABLE trust will afford you plenty of protection (and privacy). This person is either ignorant of this subject...or is attempting to mislead you!!!

I believe the Bank of Nebraska is not affiliated with the Federal Reserve Bank, and is a State Bank, under the common law. I advise careful research of this, before opening an account though.

That's a great question. IMO, as a trustee of an express trust, you have a status that is superior to a lot of other "persons" that you can play the role as. Some would say you should always be mindful to correct your status, but it's also worth keeping in mind that the definition of a "person" is ...a man/woman considered according to the role that he/she plays in society. So, if you are a trustee of a private express trust, then you are technically in a private status whilst you are in that role. According to Carlton, this is the superior status to which all others pale in comparison.

@@CommonLawRightSociety While this is true, it should be noted that there is no "Title of Nobility" in the States, it is reserved for the US by the Constitution, and since US is governed on case (common law - attorney/politics) and civil (admiralty - contract/commerce) law all the US and its territories function with the Law of Agency. Meaning, Status nor class are part of its subject matter. The contractual relations set the terms of service to the debt.
If anything is to be corrected, then it is the mistake keeping you a beneficiary of that Great Public Trust, instead of an Individual Trustee. Look for the principles of this...the Public Trust Doctrine. [wildlife.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/ptd_10-1.pdf]. -The analogy, we are held as Wildlife until we become trustees is apt.

I'd see how athletes, pianist, models, and the like, contract for bodily injury. I know insurance does bodily, which is a kind of trust.

Surname being of the public), so can't I just stay abandoned as I'm doing? Common law trusts are trusts that originate out of your common law right to contract. It's as simple as transferring your property, as small an amount or whatever you choose as the res, and defining the trust indenture. We'd have to research Australia court rulings.

I think , yes , you have to . If u don't have a beneficiary.then you will get a custodial one . My opinion don't be the trustee be the Grantee/beneficiary. Remember no trust can fail for a want of trustee . So you really don't care who is the trustee as long a they fill their obligations
You must have a beneficiary. If you transfer into hands of yourself as the trustee, and you are the sole beneficiary, that's a pass through trust and will fail. It isn't any different than you never having transferred.

A casual review of the subject (online, e.g.) will reveal claims that these trusts are a fraud, but not only does Case Law
support the use of this "device," but A) MUCH of this VERY negative point of view (POV) originates with the IRS, by no
means an objective, reliable source of information on a subject like this, and B) attorneys tend to frown on the idea, either
on the basis of ignorance, or as the corporation form will yield them MUCH more in the way of legal fees...and on your
dependency on them...over many years. Moreover, lawyers tend to support the "status quo" and are, as a matter of fact,
"officers of the court," and may not be very inclined to "rock the boat."

There's a simple template on there. But i encourage you to consider the simple requirements & create how it makes sense to you. Remember all that's needed is property to be transferred from the grantor, trustee(could be the original grantor or someone else), & the beneficiary(s).

Like i said, there's ways to majorly simplify that doc, it was just an example of one way i created for myself. There are sections that may not apply in your situation or you may want to add, modify, subtract. It's to give an idea of how it's up to you to mold how you want. What is the property to be transferred? Who is the trustee? Beneficiaries? What directions do you want to give trustee to execute on behalf of trust? Is it ongoing? Is it a business? A Society? What obligations does trustee have? Benefits for beneficiaries? Does the trustee remain protected from personal liability of trust business if he does it with faithful & honest execution? Etc. It's your baby, create it how you like. You know the principles of trust necessities, now build the infrastructure around it.
