Wish you kept posting lectures and videos in general. Not even in law, actually been out of school with my MBA for a few years, but these are so entertaining and great knowledge to have for life! Thanks for uploading what you already have!

Very helpful & not boring to where I lost focus like many law videos on TH-cam. I’m starting at a new firm as a paralegal that primarily practices business, contracts, & real estate so I need a lot of brushing up. I’m mostly familiar with family & criminal. Thanks for the knowledge! 🙏🏼

What if inventors sign the license agreement but the toy lisensor doesn't but he produces it and gets it to the shelves can you enforce that? Is there links that talk about this?

Remember, people who want to be great, emulate great people! Furthermore, since we need more accountants and doctors, emulate the greatest businessmen and woman. Thus, whether you emulate a sports player or a game changer, be greater!

Question. When one enters into a “Mandated Treatment “ That’s Court Ordered. When you Sign All of the Intake Forms the Act alone is a legal binding contact. You are giving your permission to treat you. Well businesses law Especially in the area of Mental Health You enter into treatment with the premise of getting good positive treatment. Right? I never signed up to be humiliated, belittled, a scapegoat, disrespected. And then at the end of probation get terminated from treatment for reasons to this very day and unknown to. Businesses have rules and Ethical Code have always been in place so to practice outside the Standards of Practice is a Serious Violation. Making Fraudulent Recommendation is also a Serious Matter. So my question is how are you supposed to plead your case knowing that you have exceeded the Stature of limitations. 😖
