    Thank you so much for this demo! I have not been a shawl knitter, but neckwear is really huge this year... I'm working the Easiest LYS Shawl by nyccraft craftivist and about to C/O, and will definitely be using this technique for that edge... :)

    Great video, but could you please tell me how much extra yarn I need to leave on my yarn ball to cast off a pico edge on my scarf. Would it be eight times the length of the yarn left to cast off pico edge, thank you for responding.

      It's hard to judge - depends on how many picots and how small/large they are. But I would think that eight times the length would be enough for a scarf edge.
