I love that you are still into penmanship. A lot of penmanship enthusiasts in TH-cam who I follow already stopped making penmanship videos. Many already stopped posting videos in their channel. Please keep on writing! _Lester from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Dave, your videos are SO helpful! I’ve lately been learning about deliberate practice and the importance of “reflection” on one’s performance. As you know, practically all of the old texts encourage students to critically analyze their work, but here you’ve modeled the process wonderfully! I have equal parts of admiration and dismay (haha) upon discovering your high level of “resolution” for evaluating the specimen and your attempts. Thank you for sharing sharing, so generously, what you’ve learned through your exemplary dedication and practice!
Hi Karl, appreciate this comment. Glad you are enjoying my videos and I very much appreciate your Super Thanks donation. Been running into some frustrating issues lately and that was a nice surprise. Dave
Thanks Dave! I really enjoy your videos. I hope you get back to this hobby on your free time. I have been asked by many many people where to learn good cursive, and I have referred them to your channel. Stay well, and good luck!
Thank you! I’ve been writing more lately, I don’t know if I’ll make more videos, but I’m always hanging out in r/palmermethod on reddit with the community there.
Hi Dave. I am really happy that you have kept Business Penmanship alive through your channel. I came across some vintage nibs called Red Ink Pens. I could not find much information on their specific use other than being used with red ink and being durable. I was wondering if those nibs can be used for Business penmanship which is monoline. I hope you can shed some light on the above and once again very grateful to you for sharing a plethora of information on Business Penmanship.Kindly recommend the best nibs for Business Penmanship Appreciate it Warren here from India.
Great video. I'm learning a lot about writing from your videos. Haha, the T.E. Brady thing confused me to begin with until you mentioned football references 😄 . Forgive me, I'm from Scotland. I had to Google him 😂 . He's largely unknown here .
Thanks for generously sharing the fruits of your studies and dedication!

I haven’t seen those nibs before. I assume they would work just fine and with any type of ink.
@@PerfectBiscuits yes Dave those nibs have been replicated by almost every maker including Joseph Gillott and sold as Red Ink Pens.
