I have a Liftmaster sliding gate SL400EVK will the Remootio work with it and have you installed it on the Liftmaster ?

1. Could you please explain in more details how is the COM and PP setup is different from using two relays (com AP com CH). What does it mean from a gates control stand point?
2. Also, if Roger gates are programmed to automatically close, would setup differ or should it always be COM and PP?
3. Does a STOP button logic work in remootio app? or is just open or close?
1. It doesn’t make a lot of difference, preference if any. You would need the gate status sensor setup otherwise you could be pressing remotely and not know if it’s opening or closing etc. it’s our preference that generally our customers are wanting to use the hold open feature so you can guarantee that holding the AP terminal will do that. You can also program on Roger that the PP command given by a remote overrides or does not override other commands so you just have better guaranteed control.
2. Again doesn’t matter too much. If your PP commands are programmed to be non overridden. Holding it latched on will will work. You would then have 1 button operation. Example, one customer of ours has one remootio which controls both his gate and his garage door, both buttons are PP openers basically.
3.stop button works if you program the remootio outputs as just pulse outputs. However it’s “non standard” so voice control etc you will have to make a lot of customisations if you wanted to use it. From an app point of view it’s just 2 buttons the outputs you can connect to anything you want.

Question: Can you install multiple Remootio and run off the one app, ie: 1 remootio for your front gate then another to your roller door and then they link up to the one app ? So you can control multiple gates, roller doors etc
Hi, yes assuming your asking can you have multiple Remootios in the same app. Yes you can have as many as you like. We keep a key for all of our customers which they have control over, allows us access when we need to come round at their request and control. So have upwards of 30 on one app no issues.
How many users for every remootio 3?
150 per device. More can be enabled for a Remootio online account. There is also a Remootio pro coming that can do more.
