- While there are many men who deserve the term Master in FMA, from my personal perspectives and for my own personal reasons, he is the only I choose to call by that name. I mean no disrespect to others...these reasons are personal.

We won't always agree on every topic, I know this. However, keeping the FMA conversation alive is a worthy cause, even at the expense of disagreement, we are doing the work together. I believe that these videos and discussions will ultimately lead to a bright and prosperous future for FMA and every ambassador of our arts and culture will inevitably benefit.
I love the Filipino Martial Arts and so do you. This is our bond and our connection.
My efforts to promote Filipino Martial Arts is dependent on community support. It requires money and resources to travel all around the world to make this content for you and our community. Time is precious for everyone and you work hard for your money. Thank you for featuring Grand Master Henry Espera, i remember year 2002 the first time i meet her i flag pool in GMA Cavite lagi siyang naka bike and always siya free mag turo sa mga gusto mag aral ng arnis at that time i am Yaw-yan,taekwondo,karate,arnis, mix martial arts player in high-school he always give us advice in martail arts maraming nag mamaliit sakanya pero binabale wala niya dahil mas alam niya ang tunay na martail artists every afternoon nag kikita kami sa web at that time Assistant instructor naman ako ng sikaran napaka humble person ni Master Henry at ayaw na ayaw niya nakikita ang mga bata na may pasa or nasasaktan may free hilot din sakanya napakabait na tao. yup Raul marquez is good member of the KIOR Clan, he also exposed FMA truths that have proof/sources/verifiable that earned him many threats, name-calling, way back in 2006 FMA forum until now (i saw recorded threats VS raul even in the Filipino Martial Arts Forum group FB). Raul also a native of Tondo Manila and rightfully uses Pen over Sword VS thugs of Fma

Raul marquez’s documented enemies/bullies who threatened him from FMA Forum 2006, FMA Talk to The Filipino Martial Arts Forum on FB (just ask him and other witnesses, you can see the threads in the forums 1.doug marcaida 2. rommel tortal- in 2006 fma forum, mel tortal called raul a “bakla, just cut hair in the parlor’ i will wait for you in Fort bonifacio” but Daniel foronda also called mel tortal as “bakla, iMelda” in FWARS secret fb group (yup i was a member, raul also was fwars member) and Gat gaje kicked out mel tortal too 3. simon mcmahon 4. igz casas

I have seen Henry practicing with Tatang and just watched them... I just went to Luneta to play chess until I met Henry and we became friends. I was just an avid fan of Arnis.
GM Henry's Rapido Realismo Kali is a combination of Kalis Ilustrisimo and Automatic Arnis. He also included western boxing in his curriculum. I trained under him in 2014 in Perpetual Help University GMA, Cavite. He taught me the basics and always raise your fists up in a match.

It is good this grandmaster is getting the credit he deserves. People miss out on great masters all the time as people get old and die. Also I was able to train 1 day with him and he showed me a ton of street fighting boxing moves. He was so nice to me. I have a video on my channel with him.
Henry is a friendly guy. He teaches everyone who wanted to learn Arnis and does not even charge for a fee while in Luneta. It is up to the student to shell a minimal/voluntary amount as he pleases.
Master Henry is definitely humble and respected FMA Master ever. ^_^ Awesome feature.

Rapido Realismo is about as "lost" to Filipino Eskrima players as America was to Native Americans when Columbus stumbled upon it.
A few years ago, RRK had more training groups in the metro, more appearances in media, and more instructors than any other group claiming KI lineage, including Tony Diego's. They have modern gear, use eclectic training practices, and always have a good mix of young and senior members. Who "lost" them and who found them?
Well, publish what you want, but this kind of sensationalist reportage, using information from as few sources as is humanly possible and little discernment, is what makes people believe in blind princess ninjas and blame it all on Filipinos a few years down the line.

@@phph1701 i enjoyed your post because i like gossip of any kind, but respectfully, it is the kind of thing i was speaking against.
Nobody has perfect knowledge of any issue. Personality conflicts and group politics should be left out of public forums. For example, i may agree or disagree with mang henrys version of ilustrisimo history, but it is nobodys business but his and his peers. Novus is indeed very knowledgeable on that, but others may know facts he doesnt and vice versa.
My whole issue here was that aperture / rubio is giving mang henry and rrk a sensational label from a limited perspective that does not reflect reality. I would suggest refraining from stirring up trouble among other groups by airing their personal grievances.
