I'm so glad I found this video. Just now was the 4th time in 4 months my screen went blank except for a tiny horizontal line. Before this I was pulling out a fuse and putting it back in. To fix my problem all I had to do was your first step, turn the car to run without starting it. After a few seconds poof all fixed.

I ended up having to get my entire unconnect replaced as they've been having a lot of recalls. Check with your dealer, maybe yours needs to be replaced as well. Thank you for your kind words.
Will this work for my clock my GPS is off. It doesn’t give me the correct time here in Texas. It puts me in mountain time it just stopped working. Is there a code to reset the clock?
Did it work??? You didn't show us that it actually worked. I disconnected my battery to reset Nav and all it did was erase SXM from the radio completely. My UConnect radio doesnt even show that it has SXM anymore. Do you have any suggestions. Please Help.

I’ve had nothing but problems with my 2019 Ram Uconnect. I had the same issue for 3 months with the gps and tried every single way to reset it and it never does.
@@RydinNStyle My USB ports about 10 times a month don’t work. Could be for a couple days or a couple starts. I can’t ever get to the dealership when it does it so nobody will replace the media hub which I know is bad. I’m eventually just going to punch a hole in it.

Nobody there could get it to work and so finally after about 25 visits and 50 calls into Ram they ordered a new media hub and replaced it. So far it has worked the last couple weeks. If I get in one of these days and it doesn’t work again I’m punching a hole through the radio.

If mine keeps messing up imma just get aftermarket or just be done with mopar all together. My jeep Uconnect hasn’t had a problem it’s my damn charger. I get tired of it more and more everyday. It’s one of the buggiest systems I’ve seen.
My 2019 Grand Cherokee TrailHawk GPS would come on with a vehicle in what looked like water & had Canada address . Can’t set any addresses , can’t get to US or any map ?? Help

@randyt1973 it works for certain UCONNECT issues, but definitely doesn't fix all issues. There might be a recall for your system like I had, so they ended up replacing the unit
look in the setting there is an option to factory reset . both method didnt work i went to uapp then setting and the option to reset is one of the last option hope it help

My navigation was messed up, ended up having to replace the whole unconnect system
That or the pushing the power and tune bottoms down didn't work for me

You can also just depress the volume and tune buttons for 10-20secs.
