So for hung jury. Rewind rounds and explosive payload pretty much gives you infinite ammo. You dont lose any. Since explosive payload counts as two shots. You get a full mag back when you get empty.

I was just talking to my fireteam about this yesterday, how Hung Jury Brave and Transfiguration are the only weapons in D2 that can get infinite explosive ammunition. Rewind/Payload are great synergistic perks that I hope finds its way to more weapons.
It is a shame scouts are on the weak side, but they are still worth using in high end content.
Anyone who says scouts are weak or garbage are just bad at using them. :)
People not knowing how much energy the new Forbearance can generate is wild to me, Demo/Pugilist, Demo/Wellspring and for who don't have it, the classic roll still exists, don't forget that with the new origin trait, it is the best utility wave frame in the game by far.

@@jackalexande I agree on low tier content (never even really noticed it), but after using it in Onslaught, it did a lot of helping. I think the new one would be better for low end, with Old being good for high end
Succession’s discord snapshot roll not being more recognized as like a peak pvp sniper roll is crazy to me. Pre nerf snapshot ads speed and infinite ammo with good aim.
If you’re good at clicking heads post-primary kill, definitely. Most people. Most people also don’t use anything other than shotguns. Lol
Firefly/OFA on Midnight Coup fucks in Onslaught. You pretty much have OFA up all the time. Also don't sleep on discord/snap Succession in PvP
Discord on any special weapon is op as hell if done correctly. Probably one of the best kill streak perks for pvp.

You want Basically highest DPS? Edge has it. You want good ammo economy? Edge has it. You want ad clear? Edge has it.

@@tobintobintobin any weapon with bait and switch is an immediate no-go. Having to swap weapons that often just to be most efficient is an absolutely annoying way to play the game.

@theremnants6807 It's so easy to activate though. Literally shoot three enemies. And if it's matched with kinetic tremors, you potentially only need to shoot one enemy in a crowd.

@@Kait07_ because since it's a pve and pvp tier list stranger's rifle wins. It has really good pvp perks like headseeker and has access to all the void elemental perks too for max ad clear and void subclass verbs.
Blast furnace is really amazing however there's nothing crazy for pve build crafting potential.

While I HATE that Hung Jury was brought back when we could already get it, I do think it's actually A tier in PvE at least,
1. Kinetic Tremors damage IS boosted by perks
2. Precision instrument is 25%(30% Enhanced)
3. Both activate/max out on 6 shots
It's big boy health bar damage is gonna be damn good for chunky bois.
Falling Guillotine, Frenzy + Bait, NOT Vorpal, losing a whole 5% of damage smh
Forbearance is hella overrated, though the Brave version is nice with the Origin Trait + Demo + Wellspring = LOTS of regen so I can agree with S-tier.
Frenzy has to activate, Vorpal is already activated

I get that people didn’t like Hung Jury coming back but it does represent D1 in a really good way. I told my friends who quit D2 early on about the weapons coming back and they all went “HUNG JURY??” And lit up with excitement. Sure it’s not exciting to us who play this game constantly but it definitely has a place in the Brave Arsenal for all the D1 vets who are returning for Final Shape
I have one Jury in vault with Kinetic Tremors and One for All and I will be keeping it just in case we get some kind of scout/primary buff

hate to break it to you, falling guillotine's dps and total reserves damage is outdone by bequest and lament. in terms of utility, it only really brings repulsor brace, so it's also beat by slammer with cold steel (stasis synergy and champ stun) :3

I got on D2 for the first time in probably 2 months yesterday and unlocked all off the Brave weapons in one day. I honestly don’t know if that should make me happy or upset because they were reasonably easy to get but it did take a couple hours to do. Granted I did hop on after all of the quests were obtainable which is the only reason I was even able to complete them all in one day. Overall I like where Bungie is going with this and the lord of the weapons is also very good and intriguing.

I don't think there are any bad brave weapons, some are just better than others.
I'd argue Forbearance is bad due to not being different enough from the base one the same main roll will be used of ambitious assassin and chain reaction and the adept version being able to use adapt mods and a better original origin trait.

I'm not mad at guillotine's ranking, I'm mad that you left it upside down! Also chat is straight wrong about edge transit and hammerhead. S-tier weapons for their archetypes.

@@damazsta Edge Transit is the highest DPS and most ammo efficient heavy in the game right now.
For edge transit in particular. If you roll both cascade and envious assassin you can hit swap before a damage phase. You want bait and switch but that’s an astronomical roll.
As a current owner of a shiny falling guillotine with an eager edge swap off option, I can confirm that it is choice.

It's a pvp and pve tier list. It very mid in pve and very good in pvp. Not amazing at everything.
What rating would you give it? I think it's good but has already been done. Those who don't have other pulse ruffles can pick this up. If you're being honest, brave weapons from onslaught, and the new pantheon activity raid weapons are here for new players to get great weapons and get into the game.
@@ExtraordinaryFate I don't know many people that use legendary pulses in high end pve anyway. Pulses are just weak especially kinetic pulses. It's not bad but I wouldn't be using it inside a raid.

@@ExtraordinaryFate No subclass 3.0 synergy, not a high DPS archetype, poor performance at close range, kinetic means it can't deal with shields well. The kinetic damage bump is nice, but you do sacrifice some stuff for it. While it's not unusable, it is very mid in PvE, and there are many other weapons you should consider using before this one comes to mind. It's a stand-out in PvP though, definitely does a good Rev Zero impression with the right perks, and can even exceed Rev Zero in some areas.
Totally agree on the falling guillotine. Mine has frenzy or vorpal in the third and surrounded and eager edge in the fourth. That is an S tier weapon. I personally would have rated some of the weapons that don’t have too much new to offer versus their old counterparts a lot lower. Obviously the new forbearance is S tier but we already had craftable S tier forbearance. Is the new one really worth grinding for if you already have the old crafted roll? Probably not.

I nearly agree haha the problem with falling guilotine is the ammo economy it burns ammo far too quickly to get max dps, your better off using a faster swinging sword light attack only for good dps and much better ammo economy. Especially on hunter the gold tusk beats it easily. It depends on the situation and your heavy generator I suppose, it’s good but I’d say A for a sword and chasing the perfect shiny would be nearly impossible. The blast furnace could be an A too a head seeker kill clip roll would clap in the crucible especially 6’s and it has good range but yeah it is a 4 burst I get it, Elsie’s is S tier in its archetype good range great stability great aim assist great handling. In its archetype it’s the best and I love the messenger but Elsie’s is easier to get and better with the right roll and you don’t have to slap on counterbalance. Don’t believe me get my roll and try it arrow head brake ricochet keep away headseeker stability mw if you prefer go for range mw, the stats are fantastic and you can enhance them in the final shape, also the pve roll is great in its archetype and that’s what we’re voting on right otherwise some of the other weapons would be lower on the list if it was overall with all the weapon in the primary, special, heavy bracket. Great vid though.

The Falling Guillotine is my favorite sword of all time, and the brave reprisal is amazing, with MULTIPLE damage perks in *both* columns. hands down, it will wreak havoc if we end up in sword meta again.
A couple things have to get nerfed and vortex swords have to get buffed for it to be good for dps. Double damage perk is unfortunately just a novelty over relentless strikes
I know Hung Jury is an iconic weapon, but yeah, didn't need it again.

Some newere players dont realize there is 2 types of content. Chilling on couch content, and chilling hard on couch content. One can make any gun feel great and the other one needs some solid perk rolls in order to feel content (GMs /Day 1). Nobody is bringing firefly into a GM without a solid damage perk to go with it. Just an example.
Exactly 🤮 I was cleaning my vault and I realized I use like 30-40 weapons out of all 500+ weapons in vault Bungie needs to do something about this
I’m curious to see the cut brave weapons are cause there was a much bigger list bungie narrowed down to what we have.
Most of these are good for new players to pick up and hope into dungeons, raids, etc
Mainly what the threw out and kept hung jury like if there was other sunset weapons like dust rock or other older raid weapons why keep the reissued scout rifle over sunset stuff.
There’s the whole unsunset the sunsetting yea but I think we should’ve gotten 1 of each weapon type like instead of hung jury do a shotgun and instead of forbearance do a glaive

i recently got a blast furnace with kinetic tremors and firefly, and i have to admit: while this combo is kinda meh on midnight coup, it actually feels really nice on blast furnace, simply because of two things: it procs a lot faster, and the mag is way larger, meaning that you don't have to reload right after it procs.
this makes it fantastic against champions and most other big enemies, meanwhile firefly makes it a great ad-clearing weapon. so not only you have nice and consistent single-target damage, but you also have an excellent AOE damage, it may not be top tier, but i'd be lying if i said it's not a solid choice.
mind you, this is coming from someone who HATES pulse rifles in general for PvE, no matter the perk or archetypes, i just hate them. and yet, i kinda dig blast furnace.
Shiny edge transit is indeed much better than the regular one. Getting cascade AND envious with bait n switch is crazy op.

People hate on it too much between it being a scout and being reissued so much. Both of which things I don’t personally see as that big of issues
Hammerhead destabilizing rounds onslaught or killing tally with a extra rounds instead of more damage to majors or minors gets the mag on 75 or 73 respectively and wipes out everything.
Hammerhead is so good with gyrofalcons it’s probably one of if not the best weapon to use with that exotic. It synergies with that exotic in every way
@imrunningoutofnames2413 I run it with it but it's honestly not necessary with the right setup. It does help ease of use and the buff will continuously proc as you keep going invisible and just keep laying on the trigger.

Deconstruction+Envious lets you fire thirty+ grenades without reloading or needing reserve mods.

I'd agree with this list. Though I'd probably put mountaintop in S tier due to it being pretty great in PvE and it's rocket jump avlbility. Can skip or get into parts you normally can't. Recluse is definitely mid to me, I think Funnelweb totally spoiled that void smg spot for me. Fallen Guillotine is nasty, I got vorpal, BnS and it is GROSS

The only, and I mean only S-tier weapons are coup and edge transit. Forbearance is great, but at this point considering the incoming chain reaction nerf, its not going to replace indebted kindness.
Midnight Coup is ass. I don't even know why it is that high. There are quite a few MUCH better hand cannons.
@@williameldridge9382 in the kinetic slot? No, not really. The only comp is fatebringer with no origin trait and coup can get the same roll with enhanced perks. Not to mention the multiple other rolls that can fit any playstyle.
I don't think I disagree with Falling Guillotine being an S tier. Aztecross did a damage test with it and it's the best sword for dps, beating Slammer

Recluse doesn't deserve anyyything higher than B tier in PvE. At this point if a weapon doesn't have double damage perks, or an equally powerful utility perk like envious assassin on heavy weapons, then there are just better options.

Simple. For killing tally. If you reload you lose the buff and envious makes that less likely

Evryone comparing Luna's to other weapons are leaving out the two most like it: Hawkmoon and Ace if Spades. I normally don't like comparing exotics to legendaries but Mag Howl in PvE is just a WAY WAY WAY worse version of Hawkmoon's perk.
Kinda would have rather at least one weapon of each type instead of 2 handcanons and 2 pluses, and 2 Gls
Falling Guillotine being the best dps sword with double damage perks is a straight up lie unfortunately... bequest will still do better every time... and if you can't proc surrounded, lament beats out every other sword

I cannot respect haters who puts hung jury in anything below A tier. It is one of the best legendary scouts in the game in both PVP an PVE. You may not like scouts or the fact that hung jury has been around for a while, but if you are going to use a scout, it is top tier and now it has all the new updated perks.
PVP is a non-consideration, honestly. In PVE? Pulse's and Scouts struggle pretty bad. There are much better scouts, though.

I'd argue the best weapons to chase here are probably the ones with two or more distinct godrolls like Forbearance and Falling Guillotine due to shinies having the potential for a 4/4 roll in columns 3 & 4, or even a 7/7 godroll.

Not even close - Vorpal is 5% damage increase on heavy weapons, and BnS is a terrible perk for swords since it requires you to stop using the sword every 10 seconds. Frenzy + Whirlwind Blade does what you were thinking you were doing. Frenzy is 15% damage increase that activates if you are in combat for more than 10 seconds, even if it’s stowed. Whirlwind Blade gives you 30% increase damage for using your sword.
