Bro i had no idea how good mountaintop was till i got a shiny autoloading recombination roll and oh my god. That thing absolutely deletes champions. Might as well be anti barrier/overload cause it basically one taps them before they even get a chance to proc their shields/regeneration
Just wanted to add to the Hung Jury slander, another scout that gets (or at least could at one point) the Shoot to Loot/Explosive Payload roll is the Persys-D, so it doesn't even have that combination as a unique thing to it. They could've brought practically anything else back man
High-impacts are the second worst of all scouts second to aggressive frames, and Perses-D loses out on the kinetic damage bonus. Another thing is that hung jury can get rewind rounds and explosive payload for an effective bottomless magazine as long as you wait a second after rewind rounds triggers for the cooldown.
I know its a stasis scout but the PERSES-D has shoot to loot and explosive payload. It is a 150 scout which might put some people off but its another option in the kinetic slot. I'm a bit biased because I like the hakke style of wepons.
Even Desperate Measures as it too can increase KT damage (and refreshes the timer). Whenever Pulse Rifles become more meta in PvE Blast Furnace is going to be one of, if not THE best PvE pulse in the game especially with Prismatic as Kinetic damage will fill both bars, which Tremors should also apply. I also wonder if Firefly on it would increase the light bar.

I think Blast Furnace would be a favourite for me if I needed to use a pulse for endgame content for anti-champion mod purposes. Kinetic Tremors + Frenzy means not needing to get a kill to activate all of it's perks, + the extra damage for being Kinetic feels nice nice nice. ALSO, Frenzy will buff Kinetic Tremor's damage while frenzy is up! And yeah, pulses are totally weak, but sometimes you just need to run one, and I'm gonna have that blast furnace waiting for it's time to shine!
I think it’s called the Perses-D which is also a scout that drops with shoot to loot and explosive, plus when Banshee sells that specific weapon type, i think it’s Hakke(?) you can mass buy the Perses with gunsmith engrams
Loose change (many consider a dead perk) + Destabilizing Elsie's rifle feels ridiculous on Gyrfalcon hunter. Loose change is permanently up because of destab and gyrfalcon.
My major gripe with these weapons is all of them are some of the best in slot/ good use, but the primaries are feeling hit or miss for endgame. Like the hand cannons are ok but the pulses and recluse feel like I'm throwing limp noodles at targets.
I think lunas howl with heal clip incandescent is S tier by itself but A tier is acceptable because it does feel like weird in pve. Too easy to shoot oddly
Am i the only one that still enjoys, hung jury? Still feels good to shoot and kinetic tremors/ explosive payload feels great on it. If it was patron it would be, b tier with that roll. So I think it deserves c since its at the bottom, soley because its been in the game 5 times.
in (at level content) lunas with mag howl can have the high dmg shot with 100% uptime if youre good with it and hit all 1shot headshot fatebringers stats are much higher then midnight btw, my timelost fate with EP/frenzy has 80 stability and 80 handling with 55 range. im still using Fate
I'm torn on Mountain Top. I love my shiny auto loading/recomb roll, and I haven't really taken it into legend/master difficulty stuff yet, but it has the feel of one of those weapons that will fall apart in end-game content. Even at level 50 normal Onslaught the cracks feel like they're starting to show. It's nowhere near deleting a stunned champ with a single recomb x10 shot, and that takes a lot of setup. And special GLs are pretty shit from a DPS perspective at the moment aren't they? I never really snipe, so perhaps i'm missing something, but the discord/redirection succession roll just seems mathematically better if you can land your shots? I don't have it, so can't compare directly, but 10 kills with succession itself on red bars gives you twice as many double damage shots as recomb (although not as easy to setup) and can keep stacking up to 4 double damage shots. Recomb is easier to stack, but requires more kills with your primary. Succession only requires one primary kill to proc discord each time. And a crit with succession at double damage is presumably going to comfortably out damage a single recomb x10 round with MT. Am I missing something? Is it just ease of use on recomb? EDIT: And I really like heal clip/incandescent on Lunas - the uptime on your abilities is crazy with ember of ben. Also, Kinetic tremors/shoot to loot on midnight coup surely deserves an honourable mention for safe collection of orbs/ammo in end-game content?
Btw he said Surrounded Bequest is better then Falling Guillotine, he is right but the Sword ,,the other half“ can now be crafted with Surrounded as well and should be kinda the same like Bequest, but easier to acquire
Bequest is very unique in that it just gets a flat +10 to the impact stat, causing it to deal more damage than any other sword by default. That being said, I think keeping a good Falling Guillotine is not a bad idea, with all the Vortex Frames they've dropped recently, there might be a buff coming to them.

With the Frame and KT OFA or KT Frenzy Blast is a really good Pulse, so putting it below Elsie's is crazy, also Aztecross literally showed in dmg testing you can get better dmg from a frenzy/vorpal surrounded Guillotine than even a perfect enhanced Bequest (at least for shorter dmg phases, longer ones the ammo economy difference with Bequest slightly edges out)
Dont listen to aztecross for damage testing, listen to aegis. Aegis concluded prior to falling guillotine even dropping that bequest absolutely clears it when surrounded is procced, no contest. Both in dps, and especially in total damage
Only thing I disagree with is Succession. Gotta be an A tier weapon for the same reason you moved Forbearance up. If you look at it like old succession doesn’t exist it’s the best high dmg legendary option
on the topic of Eager on Vortex frames, does anyone know why Vortex frames sometime consume ammo while skating? I don't usually have issues with Other Half, but my Slammer tends to just chunk its ammo randomly while skating
Honestly with Lunas coming out with Heal Clip + Incan and being enhancable, yeah I'd rather EP + OFA or Firefly for a Harrowed Zaoulis especially since you can't enhance that one.
While enhancing heal clip incan is actually making the things alot better, one for all only gets a 1 second timer increase and EP gets 5 stats. It doesn't need to be enhanced to be really good

It's a scout mate. No one uses a scout if it isn't antichamp or exotic. The Best roll is with Shoot to loot, which was already in the last iteration of Hung Jury.
@@adrianflores1387 that's not true, because I use a scout, and so does Coolguy. Shoot to Loot with Tremors was the best roll, sure, but Tremors with One for All is great and wasn't present on the old versions. Judged as a standalone PvE weapon it is decidedly not D-tier.

hey lama i have a question and i dont know if you have the answer for it , but the question is: how does velocity and blast radius affect WAVEFRAME grenade launchers? since they obviously work differently than normal grenade launcher how do these 2 stats work on wave frames?
Finally a solid tier list. falling guillotine is now outperforming bequest in damage. Which most people know, but bequest has better ammo conservation by a longshot. And the damage difference is so miniscule that ammo is better than the damage you get
One thing that makes me sad about Midnight Coup, is the way Firefly works. Because the explosion is solar and the bullet is kinetic, 1 kill with the bullet and 1 kill with the explosion does not generate orbs. So against weak mobs where they die to the explosion, it may actually be better to just bodyshot stuff. Or, if things are grouped up enough, then you cam use a solar siphon and if the explosion double kills then you get an orb. Because firefly behaves so weirdly woth orb generation, I prefer explosive payload and frenzy over firefly frenzy.
In terms of iconic weapons they should have brought saint 14s shotgun. With like recon/envious swap to cascade and surrounded would be crazy dps. Honestly i really don't care if it had double perks, but just a single rapidfire kinetic shotty is neccesary

Love your videos, but if you score Forbearance in S-tier based on "if we didn't get old Forb", then the same should be said for Hung Jury. I get that it's been reissued many times, but if you do it for one weapon, you need to be fair and do it for all of them lol. Subjectively, I understand it being in D-tier, but ranked objectively it should probably be at least high B tier. Again though I do enjoy seeing a new upload from you in the feed! Fel Taradiddle is a primary weapon with shoot to loot and explosive arrowhead- and can be crafted. I believe raconteur can also roll those perks and is stasis. Objectively fel taradiddle is better due to primary surge always active and faster draw time. throw on unstoppable bow and it makes hung jury almost useless in this season. Oh yeah, midnight coup also rolls explosive shoot to loot lmao

Blast Furnace has been feeling good in high tiers of onslaught and in legend. I think it should be A or B tier based on how it scales.
Hammerhead paired with someone using a cenolock is really fun. You never run out of ammo and shred everything.

I would say Fallen Guillotine should be A tier, its not really a dps sword, its mainly for the movement and should be judged as such.
Cascade with deconstruct and sticky nades is top tier dps and ammo economy

Hung Jury is C or low B, it has double damage perks, its a decent scout (i rather have tremors + StL tho)

Everyone dickrides bait and switch when cascade, sticky nades and deconstruct does more dps, with 60-80% more ammo
It dies less dps but more total damage
