I like to imagine that Zavala just allows you to make these videos in his office and is like “guardian, I might have to start charging you for this”
I feel like people forget that devour on orb pickup gives you 100hp on orb pickup
Prismatic fragment that gives you a subclass debuff depending on equipped super is going to be crazy for any void super users. Nova warlocks and tether prismatic hunters but we'll see what void titan prismatic super can do.

My build died on the operating table, I had to do a full rebuild of my build
I love this. It helps teach more in depth things about builds and it shows different builds that people might not see.
Still watching the vid, but this is such a neat concept! Would love to see more of this, especially since it helps everyone, not just those who get an "appointment"
A little tip: Proximity Ward is a good survivability tool, but it also overrides your void overshield. So this is a bad idea to run when your build revolves around that specifically (and that double scavanger, oof, they don't even stack)
Another tip for resistances on your chest armor: Concussive Dampener is a 15% resistance against all aoe (doesn't matter if it's considered melee or ranged damagesince that is determined by the distance). This can stack with all elemental and even the melee and sniper resist mods. Concussive is easily the best since it basically gives resistance to everything (with a very few exceptions like melees that are not backed by aoe like a backslap from a knight). Stacking multiple of the same copies also has deminishing returns, so it is always a good idea to stack multiple resist mods that do not have the exact same effect

I've run a similar glave melee void build and the amount of grenade energy you get from echo of exchange is crazy. I kinda like leaning into grenades for that build.

I'd love to know more about which things synergise with other things. Example: Recently looked into making the most out of Gunpowder Gamble and found out it works well with certain mods/fragments, and basically doesn't work at all with others that you'd think it would. Stuff like this would be good to know especially as we're going to be combining and using so many different parts of different subclasses together when the Final Shape comes out.
Hard agree with all points on the Vexcalibur build EXCEPT focusing on melee mods. Melee builds with a Glaive leads to clunky play patterns, because you have to switch away from the glaive to use your powered melee. Both Offensive Bulwark and Devour increase your grenade uptime, and you can throw grenades while the glaive is still in your hands.
One of the Void Titan aspects (I think Offensive Bulwark?) makes unpowered melee deal more damage and count as powered melee when you have a void overshield, which includes glaive melee.
@@awesomefuzz4008 That would be incredible if true, so I went to test it against some Thrall in Grasp of Avarice. Vexcalibur's melee damage increased from about 12K to 14,909 once I got an overshield. However, the Heavy Handed armor mod never activated to create orbs from glaive melee kills, even while Offensive Bulwark was active. So, I doubt other mods like Hands On would work either. Further, the melee damage stayed at 14,909 when I removed the Aspect, implying that Vexcalibur's damage increase was just from its own exotic perk.
I appreciate the response and the opportunity to do some science, but I stand by my original comment for now!
I know for a fact the “melee kills start health regen” fragment works with glaives.
I agree with you on the mods, but honestly i don’t understand why mesome said undermining was a throwaway lol like sure weaken doesnt ’synergize’ with the rest of his build, but the whole playstyle is to literally go around smacking things lol why wouldn’t i want an easy 15% debuff on targets on my melee build. If anything, switch to vortex nade to maximize the weaken time on target while you smaking those majors lol and then yeah lean away from recover and more into discipline then use a firepower+grenade kickstart combo
Its such a great idea to help others that fully don't understand everything or puts bad things in to ruin a build. But really need to know when to be able to get your build doc opinion?

Hey tdt, hunter void spammer here. Allllllll void explosions from guns or otherwise count in game as "ability kills" Echo of Expulsion causes combine explosions and is non negotiable for garfalcon builds.

Cheddar here, I had some big thoughts about ballidorse after the stream and had the realization that they're going to basically be the stasis equivalent of secant filaments, so you can swap out glacial harvest for iceflare bolts because they'll give you max stacks of frost armor on rift cast, so hopefully rime will let ballidorse frostpulse rift give the full boosted stack.
what we don't know is if picking up stasis shards is going to refresh the frost armor timer without the harvest aspect, i had swapped things to be triple 100s, chains, shards, fissures, and rime, with glacier grenade. whisper of chill might also be interesting for stasis shards on stasis weapon kills.
One thing that bothers me about Ballidorse is that the Rift you put down does not heal. You also cannot use any other Surge mods because it negates the exotic's granted Stasis Surges.
@@J.Starkweather that's being fixed because it's the stasis overshield that blocked healing and that's going away

I shouldnt have to repeat myself at this point, but...All void explosions from volitile rounds count as ability final blows instead of weapon final blows.
If running the ACDC, why are we trusting that we'll pop Kickstart? Isn't the main point of the armor burning charged with light to nuke someone who dared lay hands on you?

I have a Void Warlock Build that I'm trying to see if I can improve. It's also my first ever Triple 100 build.
9:28 i actually had a stupid (and impractical) build on arc titan that used hella font mods to give me quad 100's. It was stupid, but funny and i loved it
I've had this one crown of tempests build for like a year that gives me quintuple 100s with fonts and spark of haste

since they're changing how the term powered melee works, i'd assume just having that void overshield will no longer work with glaives? (talking about the point you make at 3:45)
This sort of thing is fun though. Gives me some ideas for my own builds that I never thought about. Hope it becomes a reoccurance (and maybe I'll pop my head into the clinic one day)

First build is probably because Glaives don’t proc melee mods so you gotta use grenade ones
The biggest problem the first build has is non of the melee based mods work with vexcalibur.

Are Vexcalibur & Winderbite the only Glaives with elemental melee, and do they activate melee perks like Hands-on?
If they don't activate melee perks, building into grenades is the way to go since you can't activate a melee ability while using a Glaive unless you keep swapping off of it.
All I know for sure is Glaives benefit from melee damage boosts, and they DON'T work with a shocking amount of perks you'd expect them to.
Damn near every source of damage is explosive, especially the more annoying ones, if you don't have Concussive dampener on, what are you doing.
Any tips for building no backup plans? i know it is not thats strong but man i love the look and idea of the exotic but i cant really pin down a build for it
Destiny Fun Police loves that exotic and I think he has a build from when they first came out. You could try there.

Is there anywhere or anything to give information about what to build into or how to build into wrathweavers? Im trying to make a build with it but idk what kinds of weaoons to use since I dont have the exotic stasis scout rifle to implement it better and idk what mods to use either
Did you watch the video? Any headstone weapon will work and there are a couple sidearms and pulses that are getting buffed that will work fine if you don't have the exotic. Build into rift.

YEESH that first one is god awful when you got to the mods... I'm a warlock main and even my void titan build's not that rough dang... I get what he was going for but A)void titan isn't really grenade heavy and B) that's the weirdest way to try to force it to be grenade heavy, with a glaive and melee focused exotic.... freakin' wild...
about the first build... this is a titan trying to be a devour warlock and yes. my brother in void... embrace devour.
I could really really use this for my future planning of an Arc and Stasis with Mask of Barkis as a good neutral.
Hey TDT I love your Channel. This addition to your build guides is awesome. I have a build here that I feel is on point. I’ve built heavily into Res/Recovery/ and Strength. I use my grenade for healing and I spec hard into anything that generates orbs and what will get my Super and melee back faster. I don’t usually double primary but my crafted mini tool is a work horse. If I don’t use it I will use truth teller with Blinding/ auto loading and demo…my other weapon loadout is pardon with blinding/ auto/ and danger zone. I feel this is about as optimized as it can be but something feels missing. I will include screen shots upon request. Please check this out and I’d love to be on the video. My GT is P00SEPH.
Opinion: Resist mods are not that useful. There aren't that many scenarios where the extra 15% will be worth it and they generally cost a lot. I'd rather fully lean into reserve mods. In general though, I have to say that I really dislike the options we have for the chest slot armor-wise (though just in general, I've really not been a fan of the new armor system, I think it has damaged build crafting in a lot of ways. It may be better if they greatly increased the amount of mods we have, along with improving some of the less valuable mods we currently have).
your #1 suggestion for the first two builds is wayyyyy off-base. kinetic tremors hung jury is the goat & melee IS good to lean into b/c of all the extra regen - "ranged melee" - it doesn't make sense, but it's destiny

I thought this was going to be a fun lighthearted romp, but the second the first build’s creator was essentially fighting against the advice, all it did was give me shitty LFG flashbacks of stubborn bottom-fraggers. I had to literally click away.
I always thought my build was great until I went to this doctor. I learned that it was actually pretty bad.

Rime (more FA stacks)
Conduction (for stats and shard pickup),
Refraction (for more aggressive rift placement)
and Chains (to keep FA stacks topped off)
Really hoping to make this shine as a double special build using a New Pacific Epitaph with Collective Action and Lead from Gold and a permeability rocket sidearm OR Appetance, Tesselation, and a stasis heavy.
With an exotic cypher upgrade to Ballidorse and both font mods, I can get quad 100s

Actually, fastball might be a really good choice. Reason: im pretty sure the void scatter grenade has REALLY high gravity, thus has lowwer range than most grenades. IT might just be all in my head, but I swear I hit almost all of my glacier grenades, but only like half of my scatter grenades when I'm not thinking or using fastball.

for the gyrfalcom hunter, try and use a special like Hallow Denial instead of Elsie's. Your neutral damage at higher end content is better and you can craft with Lead From Gold and Repulsor. If you bring double primary into the GM you're getting kicked lol
Not always. I run double primary to keep the Champs on lockdown and blast them with my Heavy for burst damage. If you have someone with both Anti-Champs and the other two handling one each, giving them a chance to run a Secondary of their choice.
I tend to not just have top kills but top Orb generation because I run Rigs. I prefer being versatile and able to adjust if things start going sideways.
The "double primary is getting kicked" is as worthless as D1 Era "must have Gjallarhorn". Now if you are double primary and NOT hitting both Champs, then there is room for this argument.
