People often talk about commuting to New York from places like New Jersey because NYC offers lots of jobs, fun stuff to do, and it's a cultural hotspot. Plus, housing in Jersey can be cheaper. The transportation is pretty good too, making it easy for folks to hop over for work or play. It's all about balancing the perks of city life with the comforts of the suburbs or rural areas.
Thanks for the comment @marcussanon3403! That's a fair question. The reality is that NYC is a major center of commerce globally, and many who work there prefer to live in more affordable housing locations. That translates to Long Island, CT, and NJ. So a substantial portion of residents who live in northern and central NJ commute to NYC for work.
I have always been curious about South Orange! Thanks for the tour. Very helpful!
Thanks for the comment @middlesys9180! Stay tuned for more!
I don’t mean to sound rude, but why is commuting to New York always talked about? People can’t just stay in New Jersey and be satisfied?

I appreciate your feedback @user-fq7nd7fh5e. Is there anything else you'd like to see more of in future real estate videos?
Your face makes it difficult to see the city. I gave up.
Thank you for watching!🙌🙌🙌
