    It's important to remember that marriage is not just a romantic union, but also a legal contract that comes with potential financial consequences in the event of a divorce. Therefore, individuals should carefully consider whether entering into such an agreement is cost-effective for them. It's crucial to think twice before making a lifelong commitment that could have significant financial implications down the road.

    • @BTCBlizzy
      @BTCBlizzy ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Honestly, I would argue that marriage is not a romantic union at all and is strictly a legal contract-a special contract whose statutes are mainly applied in the event of dissolution of the contract. The main difference w/marriage contacts is that they are a business merger as opposed to just a legal agreement between separately liable partners. It’s basically a mix between business and pleasure, which, we all know, don’t mix 😂😂 think about the words used..TRUST, FIDELITY…those are financial terms that we also use in “love.” The contract can be voided on grounds of INFIDELITY. (Nowadays, that used to not be grounds). Business/pleasure 😁

    What baffles me is how women don’t see that the lawyers are the ones who ultimately win in these cases. That 600K incurred by the lawyers could have been given to the kid in a will upon their fathers passing. Now most likely there won’t be generational wealth to be passed down 🤦🏽‍♂️

    • @billydanzz
      @billydanzz ปีที่แล้ว

      They see it...women aren't stupid. But they know that it's the only way to maximize what they can get in support because they know we are going to try to minimize what they can get. Simple as that. And as far as that 600k worth of fees being left in a will instead...let's be honest, most of these black celebrities' net-worth isn't what everyone is led to believe. That's why you heard the LA say that all the lawyers, even Tyrese's, were saying they've racked up unpaid fees...they already know his finances....he ain't got it...didn't have it to begin with. So with 10k/mo for the west coast kid + whatever he ends up paying per month for the east coast kid + whatever he ends up paying in legal fees = What generational wealth to pass on???

First time was when I was in college, I worked at a nursing home. There was an old dude there who was a retired truck driver...never married...no kids. I'd play chess with him on my lunch break, and he would talk to me about life. Said he never wanted a family because he wanted to keep his money to himself. Had plenty money stacked up as a result, but he regretted his decision. Why, because at his age and state of health, he realized the money didn't mean as much anymore. He ended up dying alone.

      Judges are least people held accountable in prominent positions next to politicians. Hell, even police officers get punished more.
      Judges can be racist, sexist etc and there’s no penalties. There is definitely a common theme with them siding with women quite often. My barber had to fight and show text messages just to have joint custody.
      Don’t know how he acted romantically, but he’s a solid father and takes care of his kids. Well, BM’s could care less and felt she could do a better job because who needs men right? She really became combative when he met someone else and he didn’t even cheat on her. Judge gave him a hard time until he proved the BM was intentionally being malicious.
      All that just for JOINT custody. Didn’t even want the kids full time, he just wanted to pick them up from school and take them to practice.

      @@CrownxMe7 i feel you on that, my barber once told the judge that he was giving his bm extra money on the side outside of child support, she lied and said he wasn't. So somehwere down the line she actually mentioned that he did. And the judge asked" i thought you said he wasn't giving you extra money" told her if she lied again she would be held in contempt. But its like you just caught her in a lie how is he still getting penaltized and he just proved she a liar

      Women by nature aren’t going to bare responsibility or accountability for most things. In most cases, if a man stays centered and negotiates, you can keep some of your shit and happily move on. Unless she’s clinically insane.. or she legitimately married you for money.

Hell, I’ll add the biggest thing I learned from watching my ex in court:”Want to decrease your chances of being found guilty? Dress like a member of the young republicans club. I’ve seen folks dress like that and either beat the case/get a lighter sentence(and I personally knew some WERE guilty). The ones that dress/look like Li’Wanye got CRUSHED(even when I KNEW some were personally innocent)…

Seemed like we had a content drought for a while where every guest was "Lil Smoke" or "BD21" or some gang banger or rapper I've never heard of. The best Vlad content is when I get some insights into the real world and not some petty thing about jail or a micro-subculture.
