If you have a child, that isn't 18 years old...you're a man that is on parole.
Women demand full-custody; for more money, then complain about doing it alone.

Get your education and stay in school.
Stay away from drugs and alcohol (a lil bud is ok)
Don't have kids in America (or the West in general). I hate to have to say it but that's where we're at in this society rn

The most important weapon in their arsenal is your signature, agreeing to their contract that they can use force, suspend drivers license, etc should you fall behind on the payments. Never sign anything from DHS, and always remind them when they harass you (and they will!) that they don't have a contract, and that you will never agree or sign anything they put before you. Also, and very important, if you have a lawyer, or thinking about getting one...know this...100% of lawyers out there will try to persuade you to sign DHS papers. Do not sign! Period! If you read the contract that they are asking you to sign, you will see that you are giving them permission to take action, because you have agreed to pay x dollars per month. If you have signed, then I would file an affidavit and send to all parties that you were unaware at the time of signing, that you were being coerced and that you officially withdraw any and all agreement with DHS. Remind them that duress is illegal in the United States. Again, they will continue to harass you, but the lack of your consent makes it an uphill battle for them.

Speaking from Experience sadly it doesn't work, I live in Memphis Tennessee and they don’t recognized any of that he talking about. I did all that in the late 90s until the mid 2000s. I fought over 20 years. I legitamated my children at birth and the STATE still took my rights and money. They even lock up Judge Joe Brown when he tried to site it as unconstitutional. I even got it sent to federal court, only to be remanded back to the STATE. Tennessee WILL NOT COMPLY, EVER!! I still owe arrears to this day, not everyone gets justice, nor remedy unfortunately!!!

    1. How the paperwork for the LAW GAME on Child Support is suppose to go:
    ・Summons
    ・Complaint
    ・Proof Of Service
    ・Default
    ・Judgment
    2. Jurisdiction comes from evidence
    3. 3 Branches of Govt:
    *Legislative Branch: Makes the laws
    *Judicial Branch: Interprets the laws
    * Executive Branch: Enforces the laws
    4. There should never be a violation of Separation of Powers in your Child Support paperwork.
    5. Never talk about money first at your Child Support court hearing say I want to examine the evidence to make sure paperwork needed for the procedure of Child Support was done correctly!
    6. Always challenge Jurisdiction so show up but never admit to shit only evidence!

    • @sippingsocialite9494

you should already know #5 before you even go because you should also be submitting evidence that you take care of your child. The courts do not have the time to play with losers. If you really care to support your child, you will just do mediation, and this is why I respect men who put themselves on child support because they understand receipts and I never see them with any of you all issues.
