  • I'm happy to bring you another success story with Anna here. She has overcome different conditions that included IBS, TMJ, and Fibromyalgia. As we know with this work, many of these diagnoses are actually included under the same umbrella. Meaning they are driven by the brain and nervous system from stress, emotions, nocebo, sensitization, personality, negative thinking, and conditioning. You can find out more about Anna as she has put out some content on her Instagram handle is @RethinkPain
If you'd like help to become the next success story and need some help. please reach out. This work can be powerful in rewiring your brain and nervous system, which can shift your symptoms in your body. Head over to my website to learn more.

I really liked when she tells it took her long to really believe she could change her neuropathways, because I think a lot of people get to this point (myself included) when they understand their body is actually safe, but are still afraid if their brain will in fact make this change, mostly for being stuck in the fear/anxiety loop. I find pain acceptance to be the hardest step so far, and watching her honestly talk about how it sucks in the beginning and the slow process to build the confidence, that's really inspiring.

Very much like my story except mine is decades long. Extremely helpful and laced with tips for doing the work. I'm great at consuming content at an intellectual level, but really believing that I can recover, feeling deeply inside my body that degree of safety, that has been the blind spot! I'm working on it! I know I will get there too.

Hi Jim, just wanted to say that I stumbled upon your channel via the mindful gardener interview.
I have never seen a channel so professional, backed by science, accurate, while the content is presented in such a simple and digestible way.
And the truly amazing part is that you have a support group, and yet you really don't hold anything back and give it all for free here.
I gained so much clarity on my struggles with GAD\chronic anxiety and the bodily sensations it outputs, for once finally after almost 2 years of struggling I feel like I know how to help myself thanks to you, I understand what I must face and how to go about it, sure it's not easy and not an overnight fix, but I am no longer disturbed and I am willing, and I feel like that's all I truly need to overcome this :)
You made a shift in me that finally removed the doubt, THANK YOU!!

SO encouraging to hear of success. Thank you Anna. Jim, you worked with me a few years back. TMS started for me in 2016. I recovered twice. Both times I sensed it wasn't through with me. Severe spasms are over; my last obstacle is movement. I still can't walk with a stick or crutch because I can't put full weight on left leg. I CAN push fully on a shovel and crush a pop can with left leg. I want to move. HELP.
