After watching this thorough review on the Infiniti Q50, it really inspired me to go purchase one of these beasts. Thats exactly what I did, now I am a proud owner of a 2015 Infiniti Q50S in white and I have no complaints. I really love the striking appearance in the front, probably the best in its class.

Im looking to buy one of these soon, it’s a 2014 they’re asking about 14k for it, it has 120k miles, any advice on what to look out for?! 🫣 a lot of people told me Infiniti’s are unreliable and I shouldn’t get one, but it looks so freaking pretty I just had to investigate and well let’s just say I’m about to buy one like by next week so help lmao 😭😭

I have owned a 2016 Q50, never had any issues since, drives like a dream, would buy another in a heartbeat.Amazing handling and driving in the winter and summer as well.

lol... If you plan on keeping your Q stock, I'd look for a certified pre-owned Q50 from an Infiniti dealer that comes with that nice 2 year, unlimited mile warranty that begins after the factory warranty runs out. If you aren't going this route already?

This car is amazing. I drove a fully loaded '14 Q50S, Black on Black with the wood trim inside and I knew it had to be my next car. I am aiming to get one of these this year. The car was amazing to drive. Got to 80 on a 45mph zone like that and I didn't even realize haha. The steer by wire was very unnoticeable as well. Very nice car. It probably isn't your Audi S6 or your BMW M4 etc, but the 328 horses was plenty for me. There is always room and time to upgrade, especially considering my age.

I want one. At first I was going to Refi my 16 RAM but I think I may just trade it for this. Better gas mileage, more sporty, and the customization options I've seen make this car even more beautiful.

I just bought a 2006 m35x. I came from a 2005 vw Jetta. I was tossed between a IS and the m35x. The m35x blew me away.

I had the chance to drive one of these for a few days as a loaner. It was one of the nicest cars I've ever been in, and drove wonderfully. VERY quick, excellent ride quality, sharp steering, sporty handling, and the interior is plush. The seats were super comfortable, and the quality of materials was top-notch. I can't personally afford one, and like a manual transmission, but I see the appeal of this car. The 8-speed transmission was super responsive. Probably the best auto I've driven.

The constant-relearning of the desired gear changes reminds me of a similar technology on the family 2000 Toyota Camry XLE V6, which features a unique 4-speed electronically-controlled transmission "with intelligence." Even after multiple drivers, going through hell, and 162,000 miles over 16 years, it's always still re-mapping its shifts based on who's been driving it lately. If it's been being driven very gently, it'll respond with lazy shifts, but if you then consistently put your foot into it, it'll get the message that you want to GO, and then shift with more authority. It makes me happy to know that manufacturers are still touting this feature as cool, all these years later, albeit with more gears to play with.

+Michael Klein Here, in Europe, it's mostly a question of engine size and insurance. In the States, I couldn't agree more about the choice.
I have an IS350 myself - I'll admit the Q50 has a better side profile, but from the front and rear the IS wins hands down. Overall I find the Q50 styling extremely bland.
reliability is a huge factor.... unfortunately they don't make these Q's as reliably as they did the G's

Probably the best value in the class. Heck you get all that power, performance and features for the price of a BMW 320i which is severely overpriced for what it offers.

Beautiful car, I love it. My only complaint is that screen. The top one is fine, but the bottom is just too much. If you must have a second (smaller) screen, use it for performance information. Like a Torque Pro-type setup. That would be cool.

i had the privilege to drive one of these for over 150 miles and i loved it, it was shockingly nice in the interior both in materials and quality i was expecting a rebadged nissan but not the case.
now with that said its not there with the "top class" luxury cars (bmw, audi, mercedes) its also definitely not there with Lexus or Cadillac "runner up class?", but compared to Buick, Lincoln, Acura it is definitely number one for my pick above those.
Pretty nice car. Sure love the front. Very aggressive and a smaller mesh grille compared to Lexus models nowadays.
Nice review...looks like the rear seats are arranged in a theater style, increasing thigh support and decreasing headroom...great for us that are 5'9" or under.

people just complain about the interior as it is outdated (no doubt in that) and doesn't offer a great infotainment system compared to many average cars like the Maxima, civic, accord. Although it is amazing for its tag price, people do tend to expect these technologies from a luxury sport sedan, It should be quite basic. They did update it to (2020 models)Apple car play and android as requested by many. The exterior hasn't been updated in a while but still looks great. Overall for the price, it's worth it, it is powerful and comfortable and certainly, with a few mods it will have many heads turning.
P.s. its basic with its technology, so its reliable for a reason!!
I have over 135k miles on my G37 without problems. Once it dies, I will buy this in hybrid

Tried one of these out for the wife and ended up with an Audi S4 instead. It's too bad you are nowhere near, I'd be happy to let you try out a S4 with a stage II kit on it. Other than the supercharged 3L which is really not so far in performance from the Q50 as stock, it was the interior and particularly the touchscreen dash which decided it for me - it was very slow to respond and I found the dash very busy compared to the S4 interior. We later picked up a Lexus GS 350 AWD for the wife and the S4 became mine (thus, the stage II kit), but that's really a larger car than the Q50.

The front look like The Mercedes + Lexus combination, but still looks really nice.
I wish the roadtest would be longer in your videos. And more comments about steering feel, handling, reallife breaking etc. And one other thing - comparsions with other vechicles in the same class you have driver. Does this Infinity handle better, getter better mileage, is quieter, more comfortable than for example the Cadillac ATS? Otherwise great work, keep it up :)=

The FX35/45 is really loud the G35s are pretty loud to 03-08
