I actually opted to get a 3.7 cause of your videos and here’s my take. I hang out with a lot of other Infiniti owners so I’ve been able to see 2.0T’s/3.0T’s, if you can opt for the sport. It’s minimal but the sport bumper just has a more aggressive look and brakes look better. On warm days my stock 3.7 will easily take out a 3.0T, now cold days different story, but it’s not by a lot. The interior to a 2022 isn’t honestly not that different. Sure there are things the display can do that mine can’t but it’s very little and wasn’t a deal breaker. Stock 3.7 can outrun a lot of vehicles out right now. I’m surprised the vehicles I’ve been able to beat. It’s a solid car. Also a lot of friends have all blown turbos on their 17-20 Q’s. Oh and we don’t have to worry about heat soaking or the engine getting too hot. My take as a 3.7 owner I’m in love and wouldn’t have chosen anything else

However all in all the engine is pretty much bullet proof, I just hit 100k recently on mine and the only major issue was the valve body going out on me. Theres some small issues that I notify every 3.7 hr owner I meet because iv yet to see a 3.7 without it unless they already fixed it. Im personally torn because im looking into selling before I get more mileage on it to eventually either get a 3.0 or another 3.7 since I still love the platform. I bought mine back in either 2019 or 2020 with about 60k miles so far the market is shooting up for my vehicle but dont want to have to wait 3+ years in order to get another one 😢.

I love mine. I have the 2015 AWD it is quick and jut last week driving to Michigan I had it up to 130mph. The only real change I want to make is to add the paddle shifters. I have seen you video on the install and know it is easy to do. Just can not find them at a good price and when I do they are gone before I get there. I got mine in 2019 with 74,000 miles on it. Now has 84,000 I did change the battery, brakes and tires but that is something everyone has to do when owning a car. I did install a remote starter which took about 15-20 minutes to do. Over all it is a great car. I paid 17,000 with tax and was offered over $22,000 for it this past year.
In the market for a Q50 with the 3.7, would prefer the sport but wondering if it’s worth the extra money since there’s a lot more base/premium ones for sale out there. Are there any big differences or is it just the front bumper and bigger brakes (which can be changed aftermarket anyway)?
Great video and overall, I really like my 2014 Q50S (90k miles) except for the break noise when I back up the car. I was told that it is a normal occurence with Q50s by the dealer and heard it's also common for Q50 cars driven in Florida. Would appreciate your thoughts.

22k isn't too bad especially for last year
@@zeppkfw for a car that already had 86k miles and was 6 years old? That’s pretty bad. Kept half msrp brand new
@@noahpyke6091 In this market yeah. Dealers are literally adding 60k on top of msrp for new cars because it's crazy like that. New market used to be good but people started buying new instead of used and dealers are seeing that. That's how messed up the market is. I'm looking at 2015 q50s rn and a lot of 100k miles are at 18-22k. It's not bad for last year
@@zeppkfw the used car market is up because the manufacturers can’t get the computer chips needed for newer cars meaning they can’t sell new cars without them. Used car market is up because that’s all people can buy.
@@noahpyke6091 Because the used car buyers moved to just buying new cars since it had more value than used cars essentially increasing the demand for new cars which then led to dealers adding enormous markups or really, the market is messed up
Im a Crown member and founder for GQVQS Central florida chapter so I pretty much am surrounded by a bunch of Infinitis on my free time lol, A handful of our members are 3.7's including myself and weve all had slightly different experiences with it.
Is it worth buying a 14’ with over 100 miles on it for a daily?
thinking about buying one currently had 125k miles for 12k.
Not bad!
I had a 2015 q50 base model loved the car never did any mods other than a straight pipe with 2.75 in pipe after the cats with a x pipe but before that only issue I had was 1 of the throttle bodies gave out and diagnosing and fixing myself wasn’t really a big issue ended up costing no more that 250 just bkz I did get new maf sensors just changed 1 throttle body and with my spark plugs oil etc and the throttle body failed at around 92xxx miles and I blame my ex for going through those ridiculous drive through car wash’s
i made a 4k profit after driving 30k miles on my base model from carvana but i missed it so much i ended up another one
Smart man lil quick free gas money for the year 😂
I love my 2015 q50. I had it since 2018 & I had no problems until I built the bottom end and went single turbo loll. I’ll pick a 3.7 over a 3.0 any day.
I’m in the market for a 3.7, is there really any major differences between the sport and premium other than the bumper and brakes which can be changed aftermarket?

I recently purchased a 2015 Q50 Sport with 43,500k miles for $20k. Do you think I got it for a good deal?
Seems a little high honestly but prices vary quite a lot depending on where you’re from
How's your Q50 doing?
$20k is high depending if the car is stock or not.
my 2014 q50 at about 118k miles my radiator just went out but easy fix other than that no problems original owner hopefully notin else goes wrong
Where did you get the remote starter ?

Hey where did you go to get a offer to see how much it’s worth ???
In the market for a Q50 with the 3.7, would prefer the sport but wondering if it’s worth the extra money since there’s a lot more base/premium ones for sale out there. Are there any big differences or is it just the front bumper and bigger brakes (which can be changed aftermarket anyway)?
Check out my video about why I chose the base Q50--touches on the main differences, which you already pointed out.

How much mileage would you consider to be a good mileage to purchase a 2015 Q50?
75,000 or less ideally but if it’s been taken car of, any mileage is fine I’m sure
Thanks! I’ve been trying to find the right one with decent miles. Don’t want to hop in to a car just to repair it.
I want the 3.7, sounds better than the 3.0 twin turbo. Much better. But the 3.0 power is hard to pass up. Though the 3.7 is more reliable.
Tough choices

Great video and overall, I really like my 2014 Q50S (90k miles) except for the break noise when I back up the car. I was told that it is a normal occurence with Q50s by the dealer and heard it's also common for Q50 cars driven in Florida. Would appreciate your thoughts.
How’s the space for 6.0ft plus height individual?
Plenty of room. I’m 6’ 195. I’ve had 6-5 passengers that were comfortable riding

Great video! I am looking at a 2015 q50 3.7 premium with 55k miles on it. The price I get is 21k. Is it a good deal? How do you think the price will be after 5 years when I want to sell it?
Price is a little high in my area, but wouldn't surprise me if you were in NY or Cali. Prices will continue to decline now, but it's hard to predict a value because of what they are trying to do with electric. In normal circumstances, I would say the 3.7 Q would be worth low teens in 5 years. Like what G37s are going for now.

My Car has 102k miles and I've got a leaky valve cover gasket. My breaks started squealing/grinding on my last ride so it's parked for abt a week till I can change them out. Other Than that, I've only replaced all 3 of my air filters, and cleaned the terminals of my battery once. Oh yeah, for some reason my back up camera flipped on me and it's now a mirror image so it's useless because it's more confusing than helpful. I haven't been able to figure out how to flip it back or why it's happened 🤔. I've had it for a bit over 2 years, it's been a great car so far.
There is a process for flipping the camera. I can’t recall now but I’ve heard it happening to others.
I bought a used 2016 with 40K. I guess I wasn’t as lucky as other people. Turbo replacement, timing belt, rear differential seal replacement (some luckily still covered by powertrain), AC needed fixingz Disappointed
