What are they using to seal the battery enclosure? Foam or rubber gasket?

Can anyone here tell me their thoughts on belt vs hub? I've always used hub because they're quieter and I often travel late at night but considering belt for more distance. Thank you for your time!

Yea, but have u ever tried to deal with Wowgo’s customer service? Absolute crap. I waited 4 months for warranty covered replacement hubs. I understand their a Chinese company but come on.

Opposite experience for me lol. The sent me a free battery just because I asked for one while still under warranty haha.

how did u get into contact with them. I ordered a board 7 days ago. I got U.S shipping, and it said to be delivered 2-7 days. Well it’s the end of the 7th day. And has made no progress on the shipping tracking app. I’ve messaged them in there live chat, email, and Instagram and they won’t respond.
