hunter threw like a boss, he didn't trade 1-1 for no reason. he had lethal next turn anyway just kill 1-1 and you good, but when you do that kinda mistake game punish you in the most ridiculous fashion.
That game is damn awesome!
That Trump was able to win that really shows how strong this deck is. He healed to full HP several times and cleared insane boards.

I left Hearthstone long ago (too much investment in order to play 3-4 decent decks) but i still enjoy watching people play
I also quit long ago. Unless you cough up a lot of money or play a LOT its impossible to keep up with cards. Still find watching trump enjoyable though.

I don't have shaman, pal or mage cards, coz i dont really like these classes right now, but I have full rogue, hunter and priest collection. And all I do is having fun with deathrattle, battlecry/combo and Tess rogue's decks. But you're trying netdecking like an autistic unit for no reason. You wanna hit 1 legend rank or what? To reach rank 5 and get that fucking golden epic you need carbage, fun deck, BUT you like to play with. HS is scripted piece of shit, you may complaing about that, but it's a different story.

I hope trump keeps playing this deck. He's so good at midrange paladin despite what others like to say about his declining ability/skill, and it's a pleasure to watch him pilot these matchups with near perfection, understanding the true mid range win condition once again.
People say that about him because he always plays the value game in *every* deck.
It just so happens, he knows now that he could climb ladder if he plays a deck he's good at... a value deck.
People have been claiming that "Trump just doesn’t play as well as he used to" since absolutely forever. If we were to believe them, Trump wouldn’t even be able to find the "end turn" button, at that point. In truth, Trump is just himself, and Jens likes to do funny edits when he misplays, which is enough to convince those guys that Trump misplays every turn.
Trump actually plays better then he used to, he doesn't rope like a moron and mess up a turns by overthinking anymore.
Midrange has always been Trump’s forte. He was the best Handlock player back in the day.
I dont think any people that watch Trump seriously care about his skill.

Hey guys, remember when they nerfed Force of Nature because doing 24 damage in one turn was considered imbalanced?
Combo Druid was oppressive be oppressive because it could be slotted directly into a midrange deck. Old Combo Druid literally had no bad matchups
(24:16) Druid was like "Phew! An easy opponent who will wait until I've drawn out my entire deck and reached 10 mana." :V

When fighting druids I always keep my hand almost full if I can. If I'm against Mecha C'thun and I'm not playing aggro or if they draw very well there's nothing I can do anyways, but against Hakkar if your hand is full you don't draw the corrupted blood.

That Hakar game pretty much sums up why I don't want to get back into hearthstone. Games like those are so in and not fun, and that's what so many decks are now.

Played this deck from R11 to R6, without a loss. Needed 1 win to hit R5. Lost 5 in a row. Finally hit R5 today, and get shredded by every deck I've come across. My RNG luck is horrid, and it always seems like the other player is getting every single card they need, exactly when they need it. Sometimes, I really, REALLY, hate this game.

Months ago on twitch I made a sarcastic comment saying Trump should put thrillhouse in call to arms pally. He didn't realise I was being sarcastic, and genuinely considered it, but in the end the card got cut for something else.
I like to think that somehow my comment stuck with him all that time, and in a small way, I'm responsible for this disgusting deck.
The Shadowbanned Shitposter people have been playing Millhouse with Call to Arms since it came out in K&C
Yeah I saw Thijs do it in a few of his paladin decks, but he always got too frustrated when he drew it instead of getting it with call to arms

actually the druid combo with the naturalize will always do 48 damage since its multiplicative damage including the 3 fatigue damage

Against topsy priest with no more clears, the best play on that last turn is army of the dead for ziliax, righteous, Tyrian, stonehill etc

His opponent was really good though. He even played around Zihi by getting an extra Vivid Nightmare with Test Subject in one turn. I don't think that it would have helped in this case. You can watch this to see how much topsy player can actually do with a good enough apm before the rope burns out: th-cam.com/video/HlLWyigfZeY/w-d-xo.html . Unless you can go for Voidlords (which also have animation times you need to wait for) or are playing against a novice with the deck I think hoping that they are missing something (like the 3rd Vivid Nightmare in this case) and trying to kill them is your best chance.

but in tier 1 deck i see voodoo doctor in zoo lock, and frostwolf warlord is a win condition on odd paladin.

All these OTK decks circulating around seem so toxic. OTK strategies are never fun, you're just stalling until you get combo. Everyone hated Miracle Rogue, everyone hated Freeze Mage, but Blizzard just can't seem to figure out how to actually make an engaging meta.
At least Miracle rogue wasnt easy to use. But yeah, we should have again disruptive cards like Dirty Rat.
Agreed. Otk decks make every other interesting aspect of the game redundant (minion trading, value, etc.). Those matches are a snorefest
it is sooooo easy to play combo decks in hearthstone. It's a shame you can't play value or control decks anymore in the meta. Think it might be a good time to get back into mtg

because blizzard only prints like two of three distributor cards per rotation. i have no idea why. they keep on pushing gimick after gimick instead of printing real cards.

sorry i know its a month ago but: The game lets the player use theit turn before animations finish, the other player just sees the animation, not the red arrows clicking everywhere
I actually cut Millhouse for Mojomaster. Too many combo decks in this meta. It's oh so satisfying to slam down zihi and deny them their victory

@@gloomylobster111 I just don't like drawing millhouse naturally. I'm too much of a scaredy cat to play it, he can single handedly make me lose games. And even pulling him out with call to arms, more often than not the board gets cleared anyway. Still doing great on ladder with it though

you can guarantee a victory against hakkar druid by having 9 cards in hand. Once they switch decks, you have 10 cards in hand and take 0 damage from their combo. Then you switch back and win because they bombed themselves
thekal would fit so well in this deck. Would ruin the shivallah otk, and the hakkar otk. Just replace a stonehill defender.
