I also struggled with this concept and my Russian teacher at the time (some years ago) gave me exactly the same advice as you did in the video: Just use "только" if at all in doubt.
Hi Fedor: Here's an idea: if you haven't done one already, make a little video about the different uses of "правда" and "истина", and how the uses have changed in different centuries. Another good one might be a video about how to use "что-ли" correctly to make a Russian sentence into a question- when you should and when you shouldn't use it.

It seems that your main word is только and you add лишь to emphasize its meaning. It is rarely used and doesn't really change anything. I suggest to avoid it.

"Привет друзья, как дела?" is an American greeting. Russian don't say so. "Как дела?" use ony for friends or relatives. If you speak "Как дела?" you rally wont to know "how are you?" and wait the answer.
I suppose "всего" stresses the meaning of the word "лишь" in this structure. For example "Я знаю лишь несколько слов на русском" - "I know a few words in russian" "Я знаю всего лишь несколько слов на русском" - "I know just a few words in russian" I'm not sure about this, because as a native speaker, I have never given any thoughts about this)

Is there a reason why google does not translate the sentence with "почему" correct ? or is the use of "почему" in this sentence false ? I also translated the same example on translate.yandex.com; with "почему" it translated as "why does he have 2 phones ?" and with зачем" it translated as "why does he need 2 phones ?".
