OMG, you're so right about your partner influencing what side you lean towards. I used to be with a feminine man, one that wouldn't do anything for me or try to take the lead and I had to carry the relationship and I leaned heavily to my masculine side, but now I'm with an Alpha male and I really struggle to find my feminine energy. It almost felt like two men in a relationship and I struggled for the longest time until I consciously decided to constantly stay in my feminine energy
This is such an eye opening concept. I’ve always been told I am “hard,” and it took me years to understand a balance. I was so used to “having” to be masculine in relationships and at work. It’s how I get things done so I’m definitely a work in progress girl. Whew! 😅
Sis honestly. I've learned my masculine side comes out if I'm around a weak man. When I'm around an Alpha I can rest in my femininity a lot more.

Thank you for these tips Lucy, this is my first time on your channel and I really enjoyed this video. I’m in my late 30s and still striving for my best feminine self.. the only thing iv seen modeled from my mom and sisters is either absolute masculinity (doing so much for love) or doormat femininity (taking anything even abuse for love) and both are different sides of the same coin.. I became hardened because of fear of becoming the examples I saw and opening myself up or being vulnerable always confused me.. it’s been years of healing and I’m still working on myself… thank you for your tips and pov.. You’ve definitely earned a new subscriber ❤🎉
So helpful, thank you. I can begin to adjust to my feminine self through just a few of these tips - i.e. move confidently and unapologetically; then, have a purpose; then, learn to be receptive; and lastly, less is more - to relax into life rather than cram it full. But don't forget most of our African parents brought us up shouting, but living in London for years now, i had to learn to speak softly and not shout. I also learn to be patient, stay in a queue and manage people irrespective of their attitude. Thanks for the video.
