These are great. Absolutely correct, young players are not schooled nearly well enough as to how to initiate contact to their advantage. Great instruction: footwork into contact and then finish. 👍🏼

And also some moves to get separation so u can pull ur shot off?
For separation moves i would say step backs side steps pull backs and probably even a little hesi can give u little space
