I would say to combine some of these advantages is really good. Using positional advantages in combination with either of the previous 2 can get you in a really good position for a drive to a layup or pass it out, or attract more defenders.
I used to blow by people like crazy. I lost it. Why? Cuz I got from 145 to 190. It’s very important to be lean. You don’t need to be shredded, 7% body fat, veins all over your arms. But you need to be 15% max, the sweet spot for most athletes is 9-13%
Wow this video makes a lot of sense. Another attentional advantage can be a fake dribble handoff. Hesitations are so good because they have the ability to create multiple advantages
Hello bro I have questions I feel that when I play basketball I don't play beautiful and aesthetic and when I watch kyrie he plays so aesthetic I want to know what should I do?
Work on your handles everyday, don’t compare yourself to Kyrie. Watch film on Kyrie, take his moves, but your not him. The thing about aesthetics is that you define what art is, be *confident* in yourself and know that you have your own aesthetic way of playing, just keep working
I just finished a official game couple hours ago and I turn the ball over a lot of times because I'm nervous. Now I can't sleep because I'm fvcked up 😭
On to the next game, mistakes will happen but you have to use them to learn, grow and then move on. Otherwise you just won’t be confident. Don’t focus on anything else external like your parents or teammate’s view of you, have a focus on winning and learning from each play. Don’t dwell on anything

Definitely helps!! But what about someone like Luka or others who aren’t the fastest and are a bit bigger but still make it work? 👀
@@ByAnyMeansBasketball His game IQ is insane and he knows how to use his body when defenders try to recover + being 6'8 don’t hurt 😉
@@iaintmissin Facts but you see a lot of players doing blowbys and they arent like freak athletes sometimes is more bout timing
@@ByAnyMeansBasketball Brunson too👀
I dont regret subscribing to your channel bro. 💐

Good content! More videos about "Change of Pace" please.
This is a good video, do you have any help for getting basketball strong in the weight room?
General strength exercises
Taking contact
Explosiveness
Durability
can you do a attention to detail on adam njie on his handles and shiftiness
9:48 This is one of the best things ever
Wsp coach, would you mind breaking down specifically Lebrons Driving to the rim?
Lol, I am a defender looking at tips on how to blow by defenders so that I can stop people who use these tips
you need to attack too
but if you train to become a perfect defender thats epic
Hey how do you get the game film and edit it?
I train a few Euroleague guys and have been interested in doing video breakdowns like you. But I can’t figure this part out.
@@SwishfulAthletics what’s up! For EuroLeague I use synergy. But they also have replays on EuroLeagueTV
@@ByAnyMeansBasketball do you screen record it from EuroleagueTV? How do you get a clip and slow it down etc?
coach i struggle to shoot with a rhythm i want my leg straight by the time the ball reaches the setpoint..can u make a video on it
this man is a genius
Very helpful video
Give me a player in the playoffs to break down 🔬👀

GREAT video, and I was wondering if you can do a Joel Embiid attention to detail video in the future?
Yo, will you come to another camp in Belgrade, Serbia this summer?
Hello bro I have questions
I feel that when I play basketball I don't play beautiful and aesthetic and when I watch kyrie he plays so aesthetic I want to know what should I do?
You’re not Kyrie
Practice your fluidity with handles and footwork
Work on your handles everyday, don’t compare yourself to Kyrie. Watch film on Kyrie, take his moves, but your not him. The thing about aesthetics is that you define what art is, be *confident* in yourself and know that you have your own aesthetic way of playing, just keep working
Can you do a offensive drills
u shoulda shown the tyrese haliburton clip for the last one lmao w vid
SHAI DA GOAT!!!!!!
I am very fast and athletic but very skinny and short and get bumped a lot
brilliant
And do breakdown Nikola jokic and breakdown about defence
I SEE YAGO DOS SANTOS I LEAVE A LIKE
Offense always has an advantage in basketball, because they make a decision first and defense reacts
I just finished a official game couple hours ago and I turn the ball over a lot of times because I'm nervous. Now I can't sleep because I'm fvcked up 😭
Don't let it eat you up man, it's just a game. And like many games, you can always get better💪
On to the next game, mistakes will happen but you have to use them to learn, grow and then move on. Otherwise you just won’t be confident. Don’t focus on anything else external like your parents or teammate’s view of you, have a focus on winning and learning from each play. Don’t dwell on anything
