Norval Morrisseau initiates Stardreamer in 1997 - Beardance Ceremony

Norval Morrisseau conducts the Beardance Ceremonial Initiation of Ritchie Sinclair (Stardreamer) at the McMichael Canadian Collection in Kleinberg in 1997.
Only once did Norval ever sing and play the drum in public. He traveled from B.C. to Ontario by van, rather than fly, so he could protect the sacred items and blessed garments he needed to conduct the Ceremony. And he did so while challenged with Parkinson's disease.
