Where I work during the annual checkpoint, my manager asked me where I see myself in 5 years, I told him I don’t know 😅. He asked me where I see myself in 1 year, I told him I see myself being autonomous and able to handle projects myself. Now he doesn’t ask me where I see myself in 5 years anymore. He asks me where I see myself in 6 months - 1 year.
I’m big about taking my life as it comes and not thinking too far into the future.
