Oh Nikki!! So glad you're okay. Sky Pond is my absolute favorite hike I've ever done. I'm so sad you stopped short and it wasn't the best day for you guys. Definitely need to add this hike to the revisit list but you still got some amazing views and lakes! (Isn't the Loch incredible? That shocked me!)
I am so glad too!! It was a scary moment but we were prepared! We will certainly be revisiting soon! It was breathtaking all the way up! Re not going tot he actual sky pond - I went to San Fran Cisco once and I thought I got a picture with the Golden Gate Bridge, but when I was showing my pics to a friend they told me it wasnt actually the G bridge, it was a similar looking one! Another great video. :)
